Doctoral level of mental health recognition... Unique phrasing. I'd say it was an impossible goal as well if most developed nations didn't already have police forces that could recognize this with minimal training. She was a PhD, not a physician. Are they really that bad? Women's teams do this so they can play with competitive teams as there are not as many high level female teams out there. They may also be trying out new players and techniques like a preseason game in the NFL, they are more focused on trying out the players and plays then winning. Also, they are still playing against men/ boys who in general are well known to be more athletic then women.
