My lawyer said that she could attempt to reopen my case at any time until the statue of limitations expired. I just wanted her out of my life.

I don't completely disagree with you. The purpose of my post is to show the mistakes I've made and hopefully someone will learn from them.

Great choice! Every girl knows and likes this cologne. Though I have other WAY more expensive colognes the "Gio" is always my go-to. I have a couple of different scents too. (Tom Ford, Creed) about 300 bucks a bottle vs 60 for the Gio.

As my Grammy always said in her southern accent... "Sedditfrs It's bad manners to hit on the help" Even is he played it "cool and sarcastic" these girls get hit on constantly. The food is terrible, the tips can't be much more than chilis. Just leave a girl alone when she is working. If her job is to flirt or deal face to face with the public (cocktail waitress, bartenders, strippers, the saleswoman at Macy's) she knows that she is a 9/10 and gets hit on dozens of times a day. You're the customer…

I only use text messaging for "logistics". If you aren't texting her to make plans to meet in person, DON"T TEXT. This has worked for me. It also adds a little mystery as you seem busy and for all they know you are out partying with other girls. Use text messaging as a tool only to make plans to meet and hang out in person.

It is only weird if you call her "Mom".

If you piss off your female roommates friend after dating her, they will both be mad at you. It is a nightmare. Also, I hope you arent sharing a bathroom. Because girls bathrooms are disgusting.

I've made the mistake of going a bit to heavy on the weight... Needless to say shaky arms on top during an f-close was a little embarrassing. I agree 100% about the pheromones. And being a little tired makes me less nervous and seem less invested.

Say stuff like, "Can you do me a favor?" "Would you mind picking up something on your way over?" can be small things. When people do things for you it makes them like you more.

This is my story. I have been through a similar situation. As much as it sucks to say you will probably never get any type of vindication or revenge. Just give up on that. Things could have been much worse. Just because you were treated like this and falsely accused, DOES NOT MAKE YOU A BAD PERSON. You are the same person you were before this happened. My advice, is just leave it behind you. There is not a "Scarlet Letter" on your shirt. This horrible thing that happened to you is over with. Lea…

Since I got my bail back the Grand Total for this ordeal was $3000

I would have paid $5000 to never see her again. Don't forget the lawyer cost $2,000. That was the day after I got arrested. I know it isn't rational, but if I was to see this girl anywhere I would leave, at a concert, a bar, a mall, a store ANYWHERE. It has to be a completely irrational fear, but I do worry about running into her. Is that some type of PTSD? This girl is the only person on earth that scares the fuck out of me.

He worded it like a perfect southern policeman too "Son, there are 3 sides to every story, your side, her side and the truth. But I believe you so I'm doing you a favor. It's the same as a speeding ticket...... Cop talk blah blah"

From what I understand it is domestic violence even if it is heterosexual roommates.

Background checks are all the same, the arrest will show up. It just says "assault/family violence" in Texas. Even with my record expunged it still could show up on a thorough check. But I can say that I have never been arrested on a job application. I just wanted to save myself the trouble of explaining this fiasco to a future father in law or girlfriends dad or potential employer in the future.

I replied somewhere else. But, when I talked to him the morning after he said "She WILL try to contact you... And when she does..." He was right, had I not talked to him. I would have told her to fuck off and played right into her games.

Had I been charged with the Class A Misdemeanor, it would have been a completely different story. We're talking no firearms FOR LIFE. I don't know what hoops you'd have to go through. I heard of a guy who was an old bird hunting acquaintance, who was in a dispute with his mother over the family business, police intervened. This guy was never able to hunt again due to firearms restrictions and mandatory protective orders. Kinda sucked for him, once his own mother got the ball rolling, no one coul…

Since I was not convicted I am allowed to possess a firearm. I do believe I would have immediately lost my CHL if I had one. And I have to wait a total of 5 years (i think) to get my concealed handgun license.

I never would have thought of this. If anything, when she contacted me I would have told her to FUCK OFF and called her a liar. I am really glad I got that advice. Even though it made me feel horrible and sleezy.

It was just an odd situation. I don't know anything about the law, family violence or assault. I didn't grow up in a household where things like this occurred. It was a total loss for me there was no vindication. No clear winner. Just a bunch of shit that I had to clean up because this girl drank too much.

I forget where I read it but I use it immediately after a number close. Say "I'm gonna text you something dirty!" and finish typing in the contact and send them the text "something dirty"

I'll never forget reading this: "Seducing a woman is not about having sex with a woman, it is about making her fall in love with you" (and then subsequently having sex)

This is perfect advice. In the past, I was tempted to make a "clean break" after pushy shit tests, just simply losing contact, and other misc. reasons from girls. I would give them a piece of my mind (sometimes rude) and end it. That was the end of that situation. Recently, I haven't been focusing on what went wrong and let the interaction fade naturally. And these girls are starting to comeback with random texts and calls MONTHS later. All the while I am maintaining a consistent pipeline of gir…

Get out there man! You can do it. Go work on an oil rig or join the marines or peace corps. Get a student loan and bury yourself in credit card debt. At least you would enjoy your life! You are in charge of what you do with your life. Don't let your situation dictate who you are. If something needs to change. . . it does!

I can confirm, a great barbershop is the place to go for a good haircut. And they are very consistent. Just not a great place to pick up women.

I usually have good luck during the holiday season. Girls don't want to be single for New Years Eve and Valentines. The holidays are the BEST time IMHO.
