Women really struggle with this stuff. They really underestimate competition and can’t relate to tribal selective brotherhood. Many really think that because we share a city, country, occupation, neighborhood, proximity. etc… that we are all friends and on the same page.

As an armchair U.S. historian the gold rush was an interesting time regarding social dynamics. The argument being miners wouldn't have gone out to the boonies if it wasn't for the brothels. (Only place in town to spend money was the saloon.) Resulting in the western expansion and the build up of San Francisco as we know today.

Still don't change the effect that the most popular porn sites are tube sites ripping off creators so viewers can watch without exchanging currency. Copyright or amateur. These same men in a macro sense won't buy services/content (escorts, prostitutes, OF, SB, etc...) They look down on the women and won't spend their money on them, and many times will be bullied by their friends if it comes up in conversation.
