You can’t quote any para or sentence of me saying what you’re claiming here but you’re still convinced that it’s what I believe. You’re constantly strawmanning my position. All the examples I mentioned in the post are just EXAMPLES to demonstrate certain techniques and FORMATS. They are NOT LINES you should copy and repeat. Also, as a coach, what’s sacrosanct to me is what works in the field consistently and predictably and can be replicated by different people in different situations. You assum…

Can you answer the question I asked at the end of my comment? Because you’ve completely strawmanned my position. So, I want you to first answer the question I posed before deciding if it’s even worth reiterating and clarifying my position all over again.

I agree

Fair. But don't repeat the same lines mentioned in the post. They are just used to demonstrate the particular technique or format being discussed. Say stuff that is more authentic to your true personality.

I had to go read my own post again and find where have I trivialized verbal communication, let alone make an absurd of a claim as "90% of communication is non-verbal." Pls tell me where did I say that? It seems like it's YOU who is too steeped in putting people in a box or label them (i.e., "PUA junk science he recite its tenets like holy scripture," which funny enough, I agree that PUA is mostly junk science) than to actually engage with what someone has said. My entire point about sub-communic…

I'm gonna address your point about subcommunication under the other comment you made on this thread. In this comment, I'll just address your point whether or not I'm telling people to memorize lines for flirting. If she says: "Actually, I don't. I'm a voice major at Juilliard. The last thing I listened to was Maria Callas' recording of 'La Wally'. Do you consider that a 'red flag' as well? I'm just gonna say something along the lines "Idk about a red flag but I admire your peculiar taste, that's…

Thanks man, appreciate it. Glad you found it helpful. Honestly, I get the almost instinctive ick people feel when they see anything AI. But I want to clear a few things up. This post is not AI-generated. It is AI-assisted. My process is pretty straightforward: I brain dump everything into a Google Doc, give it structure, let AI help with editing, and then I go through it myself to add my personal touch and final polish. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with that. Even before AI, a lot of you…

I might have an agenda but as long as I don't actively promote anything on this post (which I never did nor mention anything about dating coaching) or tell people to check out my profile which you did on your own will and found this information from, I'm not technically doing anything wrong or breaking any rules right? I'm not being sarcastic btw. Genuinely asking.

You're right. The "the only" "the best" "the xyz" thing is a well-known writing practice to get people's attention. Idk how that makes it bullshit. I think most people on the internet are aware of this and when they see a title like that, they are not ACTUALLY thinking that it's the "best" or "only." As for using AI to summarise this subreddit, that's just false. But there is no point talking about that because none of us can prove our claims. What I would say is even if it's a summary of this s…

As I said, whatever works best for you. I just wouldn’t call a girl “hot” until I’ve at least had made out with her or have had sex with her simply because it gives too much power away, especially when I know I can achieve the same effect saying something more vague that will keep the sexual tension high and keep her guessing. That works for me because it’s congruent for me. If what you say works for you then good for you, man. I don’t want you to change what’s working for you. This post is simp…

a) I’m not against rejection. I love it. I look forward to it. b) if you read my post carefully or if you’ve spent any serious amount of time approaching women, you’ll know that being vague isn’t the same as being indirect. I hate being indirect and literally no women i talk to these days have the slightest of doubt about my intentions. But denying the fact that there IS a underlying power dynamics in every man to woman interaction is just wishing shoving your head in the sand, IMO. But I could …

For sure

Exactly. On top of that, the Indian society culturally and systematically tries to separate boys and girls from interacting too much from a very young age.

You’re partly right, but I think your view of Indian men is a bit exaggerated and heavily shaped by the internet, which is understandable if you’ve never actually been here. I’d say the bigger issue is how sexuality is actively repressed on both sides, plus boys and girls being kept separate from a very young age. That is a way bigger factor of why Indian men, even the ones who have the best intentions and respectful, end up horribly uncalibrated.

Take baby steps. If you feel too stuck to start a conversation with someone, start by just asking a few people for time or direction, give compliments and leave (don’t stay), give compliments and exchange names (still don’t stay), give compliments to women and leave and so on. You get the point. The key is whenever you catch yourself getting stuck in your head, immediately start taking action and being present in the external world instead of getting stuck by your internal state.

Having a contradictory personality: hobbies that don’t usually go together, ability to hold opposing worldview and perspectives at the same, being able to switch between fun, carefree, goofy, funny to depth, vulnerable, and focused.

Depends on many factors. Probably less than you think. Improve what you can and own what you can’t change.

That’s the eventual goal - to be spontaneous. But it’s okay to have a structure while learning, especially if you’re not naturally spontaneous already

Lots of good abstract mindset advice in the comments but nothing actionable. So, here you go: Strong sub-communications: Basic but powerful stuff - tone of voice, eye contact, smile, posture. Watch guys that women find attractive. See how they talk, hold eye contact, smile. Emulate them to start. Over time, you'll find your own style. No self-deprecating humor: Pretty self-explanatory. Don't put yourself below her by making jokes at your own expense. Don't fish for pity or validation. Be a littl…
