tbh, Red Pill get some good points, Improving yourself, knowing what attract women and how to make her staying attracted (to a certain extent), stoicism. But where I left TRP (personally) is the sect like mentality, especially with the debate about the nihilistic mentality of TRP vs Jordan Peterson like mentality (enjoying the fall vs trying to reverse it) seeing the TRP "Vanguards" and "Seniors" talking like fucking gurus disguted me and I left. I will keep most TRP teachings in my life though.

Currently a 6week crossfit program made by "End of three fitness" called "Harder to Kill" mainly focused on GPP. (General physical preparedness.) otherwise im mainly doing calisthenics with deadlifts n squats plus martial arts (BJJ) and cardio. What about you?

there is different levels to mgtow. If i'm not mistaken Level 2 is refusing LTRs, level 3 STRs (short term relationships.
