15	A former tech POS stole co-worker's credit card and used it at a restaurant. Then went ahead and lied about it on linkedin. Now she is blacklisted everywhere. Well unless the victim presses charges and the POS is ordered by a court to pay the money back, as I'm sure she wouldn't pay it back because she is a literal POS, the credit card company has to cover the loss. As a result the victim becomes a moot player and the cc company would sue the POS. We have laws and punishments for a reason. Who else would you be happy to see go unpunished and for what crimes?
