I am introverted mostly. Most of the time I just want to stay in unless it's the weekend I like to go grab a brew. Usually it's a hassle for me to leave the house unless for school or work. Not because I lack social skills or anxiety, I just find it really annoying and tiring most of the time. I really don't give it much thought when it comes to women because usually when a woman goes "I'm so introverted.. teehee", they aren't. Introverted or extroverted, I just prefer a woman that's cute and fu…

Male It was pretty smooth. I had a set of friends in tech club and academic games and the other set I hung out with after school. My school was pretty large magnet school. The only way you could be an outcast was if you didn't socialize at all or have no game and didn't get bitches (haha good times). We would literally skip class and sit in the hallway talking to girls. Insights from my success: There is a time for learning and a time for women. It was easy for me to focus on my work because I e…

To answer your question of course the version of you with that crazy bod has more success lol Almost everyone is born with personality, doesn't mean it's an interesting one. Lifting is good, not saying it's bad. It helps. But you'd have improve other things as well. I just picked a boring personality as an example because OP kind of put it on hard mode when he added in the person has decent social skills. Lifting and getting that sexy body takes a bit longer than going out, shooting your shot an…

youve got plenty of opportunities to hone your personality. That's my point. Lifting will make you hotter, but you'll obviously have to work on other things than just lifting to sustain a good romance life.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/06/17 06:40 PM

Lol well it more along the lines of "my girl seems to have gotten uglier or maybe it's just how sexy these girls are. I guess I like ugly girls then because I'm still with her and like her" He was also a bit drunk.

Lifting will make you hotter for sure. But won't help your romantic life as much as you think. You can be toned with a body only Michelangelo and God could sculpt from the finest marble only found in the Athens of Greece, but what if you're boring as shit. Also assuming you are not socially handicapped loser with no friends, but just boring. Women hate boring men. You'd be at the bar or party boring some girl to death while average looking Joe is over there making everyone laugh and entertaining…

My last girlfriend was a good 8, one before her was average looking, nothing special. I find that whole goggles concept usually occurs mores with my women friends than my male friends. When we are at bars usually my guy friends will be more vocal about their girl or wife's looks, they'll truthfully say if they think she's average or has gotten ugly, compare her to the girls there, etc. Usually the women will say something along the lines of "my bf is the most sexiest man to me". But then again, …

Right. So when OP said: To most blue pill folks, on the other hand, this outlook is completely foreign. We openly love our partners and enjoy doing nice things for them even if we get nothing in return. We enjoy doing nice things for people, even if we don't know them. Likewise, when we see people getting hurt trying to stop that or help their pain is a natural reaction, even if there's no transactional gain for us. This is more of an example of compassion? I would say that TRP guys do show a bi…

Empathy around here means "listen to someone complain and tell them how bad you feel for them". Assuming it isn't a lie when you listen to them and tell them that you feel for them, isn't this what empathy is everywhere? Just understanding or at least trying to understand how a person feels and being able to relate to them? I think OP is kind of blurring the lines between empathy and compassion in that 3rd paragraph.

I'm not sure if you've visited reality, but the general consensus is that Cosmo is a trash magazine and a lot of people hate it (especially on Reddit for some reason). There are some people who buy it, like it and feeds into the bullshit though. So yeah, it's like TRP. Both give generally terrible advice, and promote inequality between the two sexes. But it also gets a lot of hate, like TRP if not more.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/17 09:23 PM

This paper is a weak study, for one, on the behavior of sexes across different species with regards of choosing a mate with a greater investment in their offspring. They have empirical evidence on the mating patterns in other species, and they use that to try and understand human mating patterns. So that's probably why you found a lot of stuff in there that also contradicts TRP. There is no evidence here for TRP anything. Some Red Pill guy probably misinterpeted it and posted it.

Oh well yeah I can see it. In fact I think the internet already helps some guys with this already to a degree. Virtual reality could be a real game changer (no pun intended) in helping social/sexual game.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/05/17 03:00 AM

Social yes, I can see that and I can see it happening soon. Sexual no. Even at the rapid pace technology is growing, I can't see virtual reality getting this advanced. Maybe in some far off future, because who can really say what will happen. But the advancements needed to stimulate sensual feelings in virtual reality, refine AI simulation to micmic humans etc. is far far away.

Eh. As the son of a single mother I have to disagree with everything in that blog. Myself nor my brothers have issues and we never felt like we were at a disadvantage. But then again my mother never talked bad about my dad or men in general, neither did she do any of that stuff outlined in that blog. At most she was overprotective. I think it depends on if the single mother is shitty or not.

I agree. I'm not for this new wave feminism myself. But TRP doesn't have a leg to stand on if it's trying to challenge this mainstream feminism, because it doesn't accept falsifiability and thus has no kind of credibility to it's theories or observations.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/03/17 05:15 PM

The problem here is: Adopting Popper's principle would call a lot of TRP "theory", if you can call it that, to fail. From what I observed, a lot of the evidence red pillers give in PPD are blog posts, and scientifc papers that have been more or less refuted or lack empirical evidence. Maybe that's why there is such a big overlap with the HBD community and The Donald, TRP and the manosphere. It's pretty much generalizations and assumptions based off a lot of psuedo-science and anecdotal experienc…

He's gotten fatter and deeper into his pain killer addiction. Trp can help these guys by telling them to lift, stop being fat, develop a masculine attitude, get some nice fitting clothes, and take control of the relationship from the woman. Making her more attracted to him in the process and fixing many of their relationship problems. LOL. Sounds like that guy needs more than a bunch of red pill guys telling him to lift more bro.

What you need to understand about The Red Pill, is that is an interpretation and description of collected anecdotes, studies and other pieces of material that is put into a unified theory. This is one of the best interpretations of The Red Pill that I've seen. Very eloquent.

This was my experience as well. Funny. I sent a bunch of openers with "let's go get some drinks and get busy" and ended up with numbers last week. There was a time I was afraid of going direct and being screencapped and laughed at on twitter or something. Eventually I just stopped caring.

Well yeah, I'm sure there are some feminist that actually really just hate men and go overboard with their self defined version feminism. But saying feminist hate men is a gross generalization. /r/PurplePillDebate22/03/17 09:07 PM

I don't think feminist hate men at all. But I do think, a good amount of self identifying feminist have a miscontrued interpetation of society and modern social dynamics, as does a lot of red pill people. This leads to a bunch of over-analyzations, misinterpetations, ill informed attacks on men, etc.. This kind of feminism runs rampant on social media, e.g all of the complaining/whining about "manspreading" and "mansplaining", calling men as a group, a threat to society.

Nebulous, no. Broad, yes. dave from hawaii pretty much described it like I explained it, more or less, in his blog post, then he APPLIED the concept of game to it. So yeah.. Ignoring the fact that RP is a very broad "theory", if one can call it that. Scaling it down to relationships, isn't it based off opening yourself to the "truth" and having awareness in relationship dynamics and the way the sexes interact within society? I doubt the values and ideals thrown around in TRP are based around having game and spitting game/attraction. Game is a subset, sure, but TRP isn't based on the foundation of game. If that was the case it would be no different than seddit. The t…

This is a good question. The lines are getting blurred. I've always thought RP meant revealing the truth on a subject, and opening up to that enlightenment rather than conforming to a false reality and lies. But lately people will say anything is RP if it panders to what they want to hear, truth or not. Interesting though.

It's as if TRPers see not-groping random women as a horrible restriction of their personal freedom instead of seeing groping women where you don't know if they want to get touched as the rapey bullshit it is. And no dancing on a club is not an invitation to touch. This is just plain ol' weird. Squats gives you a bigger looking ass. But it will never feel like a natural fat ol' ass. It's hard and firm. But the thing about overweight women, is if the weight is distributed well, they will look good and thick with a small waist. They will still be considered fat though according to BMI.

I think it's more of a cultural thing. Personally I was never attracted to thin girls or overweight women no matter how good their face is. There was never any hype surrounding thin women where I grew up. But then again no one wanted an overweight woman (if the proportions weren't right). But in college where my social circle was a bit more diverse, I've noticed some of my friends, particularly the white and Asian ones, were more attracted to thin girls. While the ones my Hispanic and black frie…

At the most, there may be some stigma toward interracial dating still lingering in some of the southern states. But no, the state a girl comes from isn't a big factor in her racial preferences. It's more of a cultural/family thing from what I've encountered.

I grew up in a baptist household. Going regularly to a baptist church. Being who I am, I began to question my religion like everything else I was spoonfed in life and made a decision after my freshman year at university. Now agnostic. I have found smart people to be more rational and understanding of others' perspectives. But they certainly are more capable of doing this. Capable. That's a better word. Yeah. I like my women smart, educated and mean. It's fun. But at the same time, the ones I've ran into were extremely vindictive and crafty. Scary almost.

I've always thought the frigid ice queens would be the workaholic ones. Frigid and much more smarter and vindictive. Now that think about it, a smarter and successful woman would probably try to make your life miserable if you fall out. Depends on her personality.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/12/16 05:12 AM

I would think for more successful men it would matter greatly when things like marriage come up. My logic is that a successful woman with a good job is less likely to clean you out when it comes to divorce. Then again.. who knows. For just hooking up or attraction? Nah.

I don't lift. I'm black. I've heard rejections from being downright ugly to just not liking black guys. But after a while I got tired of being mad browsing 4chan and Reddit all day while my brother is going out getting pussy and just said fuck it.. went out talked to women in class, bars, on elevators. Still got rejected, but got laid regularly. You have a dry spell, get rejected, still don't let that make you angry and sad. Some women like you some don't.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/16 09:00 PM

No such thing as enough rejection. Because it will happen, back to back sometimes. It's about having enough self confidence to not care about rejection. The good majority of incels have low self-esteem.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/16 08:44 PM
2

I believe a lot do try. But they lack understanding that rejection is a big part of the game. I think they get rejected and take it personally. Go back into a hole thinking it's because they are ugly and get bitter. The others just lack experience in talking to women. At least that's how I see it.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/16 08:34 PM
5

It's really not as hard as people make it seem. Which is why the incel sub and concept is so strange to me. But then again it's not like I can just go into a place, talk to a girl and 10 minutes later I'm smashing. I'm not that good looking. It happens occasionally when I hit a bar or party. EDIT: I'm 23 and I live in Chicago
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/16 08:50 PM

I always thought it could be both. I've seen a lot of women drop panties for guys with money, power and status but at same time I've known some women who would only marry or date guys for financial security (money) with upper class jobs (status). Anywho, I would imagine money, status, and power would take precedent over the aesthetics (face, body, and height).
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/16 07:49 PM

Wouldn't power and status along with money be a man's RMV?

The Red Pill, like a lot of social groups and labels, have extremists. I like TRP it has valid points and if absorbed the right way can help with bettering yourself socially and with women. But the extremists, are the one that posts stuff out of bitterness, hatred for women etc.. And this attracts more men who feel they have been scorned by women.

Where I grew up and the culture surrounding us told us different. When it comes to women: assert your masculinity, objectify and exploit for most part. But a woman's greatest asset for a good marriage is education, not beauty (beauty is just an important factor). I would say neither is the greatest, and personality is the greatest asset for a woman to have a good marriage. No, TRP theory can't explain that at all. Mainly because of the simplicity of the theory of beauty being a female's greatest assest. It's not meant to be extremely detailed and complex, along with a lot of red pill theory. Also one factor could be that University a place where a lot of dating happens, you are in an enviroment where you meet and data a lot of new people and make connections. I believe somewhere in the data it said 70% of married couples attended the same college as their spouse. …
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/16 12:37 AM

I don't believe you are viewing this in the same context as TRP. While I do agree beauty is definately a depreciating asset, TRP is talking in terms of attraction and the fact that being very beautiful gives more flexibility in the types and amount of men chasing after said beautiful lady. Basically Sexual Market Value. It's not the most important asset in her life overall no, but in the dating scene it could be.

I only believe it when a woman does something that irritates me or says something that's probably true but I don't want to hear. It honestly feels better than trying to understand why she did what she did or why she said what she said, fuck it AWALT, move on.

Half of the female population, maybe even more. But there's a lot of women in the world. I'm 6'3 and being with women shorter than 5'4/5'5 feels weird to me. I wouldn't reject women that don't meet these standards, this is just a description ideal woman for me.

Ass. Full pretty lips. Thick thighs. Not fat. Taller than 5'5. Sense of fashion. Most of the time I prefer light brown to dark brown skin. In the personality I'm not sure. I'm not for this political garbage. To keep it redpill related, I do agree with Trump on one thing: When you are rich and famous women will let you do anything you want basically, even grab pussy. Women cried about sexual assault this, bla blah. But he wasn't lying and it wasn't sexual assault. He said they'd let you do what you want because you have status and money, which has a lot of truth to it.

This sounds like a beginning of developing oneitis. My suggestion would be to continue things while having some other girls on the side to mess around with. Unless it's terribly weird like collecting MLP dolls or something of that nature then there is no need to get rid of it completely. Everyone has hobbies, for example I like video games, collecting games and books, and computers which may be considered nerd stuff. I see no need to just completely trash my hobbies to try and fit some broad's or society's ideal standard of a man. As long as you are taking care of your business, body and mind, and have confidence you're fine. Have your hobbies.
