8	My school doing its part It's not gender neutral. There's two general statistics, two male specific statistics, a picture of a man, and a slogan at the bottom directed towards men. I'm not stating an opinion here, but I think you made an important point that men need to be credible if they want to be taken seriously. 2	Men of Reddit, what thing do female coworkers do that is not quite sexual harassment, but you wish they would stop doing it so you can be comfortable at work? It's not sexual harassment, but this can definitely be sexist when taken too far. I've been in workplaces where I'm the only man surrounded by women. In that situation, despite me being hired for the same job, I barely got to do the job I was hired for because I was always expected to do the carrying, fixing, and any dirty jobs that came up. Equity is not bigotry, and most people in this sub seem to support equity. Equality, at least commonly in it's current use, would mean 50% of CEOs have to be women. Equity means the best person for the job gets that job regardless of their race, gender, or sexual orientation. Theyre simply using equity in this sense in a very twisted way.
