Equity is not bigotry, and most people in this sub seem to support equity. Equality, at least commonly in it's current use, would mean 50% of CEOs have to be women. Equity means the best person for the job gets that job regardless of their race, gender, or sexual orientation. Theyre simply using equity in this sense in a very twisted way.
