3	American here. I just got back from an intercontinental vacation to Poland and the Netherlands. I am absolutely astonished by how much more stunningly gorgeous the women are compared to American women. I did not see a single obese person. What gives? Most people here seem to have a one-track mind. Whatever the question the answer is always: feminism. Allow me to try a more nuanced approach. I too am from Europe but live in US now. 3	Meditation Meditation is pretty much the opposite of daydreaming. It is focusing your mind (it's very difficult to stop other thoughts) so it helps with concentration, studying etc. I find daydreaming counterproductive - it's just escapism. It provides a bit of peace in the moment at the cost of ignoring the problems.
