Asshole behavior isn’t strength and should never be considered as such.

I trim and shape my eyebrows (they get unruly) and no one has ever given me shit for it? Or even noticed, I just look nice. Someone DID once mock me for using a hairdryer once, it was my male housemate (who was overweight and unkempt and his room smelled like shit and he watched porn with the volume all the way up).

To treat the relationship as a separate entity from the two people involved. It’s a healthy way to talk things out when something isn’t working or needs repair. Like a house or a car. Your car is essential but it isn’t you right? Like, you can walk or use the bus if you didn’t have it. But living like that kind of sucks! So you make sure you keep it going with regular checkups and repair. And if you need to spend money on a new transmission, you do it. It enhances your life but it’s not the enti…

Maybe because standards for men are already hilariously low? It’s been my experience that even a modicum of upkeep and style can go along way for a man. Whereas a woman goes out without makeup and keeps getting told “you look so tired today”.

Ok so you still haven’t really demonstrated to me that there’s a discrepancy between what women say they want and what they actually pursue. It’s like how people always bitch about Reddit’s inconsistency while completely ignoring the diverse opinions of people who post on here. Even if you have a million women agree to an opinion (that macho men are unattractive) that’s only a fraction of a percent of all the women in a country who all probably have different opinions that you have the chance to…

Hahahahaha As a man who “knows his value” you seem quite scared of other men. My wife would switch to monogamy if I asked her to in a heartbeat. And we probably will when it’s time to start making kids. But I value our happiness and right now we’re pretty happy having no strings attached sex with other like minded people. Like I said, talk to an actual poly person, they can probably set your insecurity straight.

I’m in the “know” about this and it’s mostly men who want to fuck other women who do most of the opening up.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/21 11:22 PM

It’s absolutely not. If you can’t differentiate between sex and an actual relationship with another person you’re more brain dead than I thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/21 11:18 PM
1

Ah but we’re not poly. We’re just non monogamous. We don’t have relationships with other people, just sex. Glorified swinging basically. Like I said, try talking to some poly people sometime.

In marriage counseling my wife and I were taught that a healthy LTR between two people has three participants. The two persons involved and the relationship itself. A lot of marriages fall apart because the folks involved can’t extricate themselves from their relationship and begin to lose their sense of self. It runs the risk of creating a toxic environment and can engender bitterness and anger at the other person. You have to be a whole person with another whole person creating a relationship …

It’s called an open relationship. It’s not cheating if everything is communicated and consensual. That doesn’t mean it’s impossible to cheat in an open relationship.

Who is they? And do they represent all women? And is your implication that these men the women are going crazy for are somehow vastly different from what they say they find attractive? Are you sure it’s the same women showing this phenomenon and not just other women with different opinions?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/04/21 07:42 PM

How do you find out what they’re “actually” attracted to and how do you define “actually”?

Your movie analogy is weird. Movies are a passive experience. Sex is an active one. The best sex I have is sex with people who’ve had a lot of partners because they know the moves, they know what works. A better analogy is dancing. Someone who knows the moves can teach you with their own body.

It’s always on their mind. Whether or not the risk is worth it depends on the individual
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 06:30 PM

Women include the existence of plan b in their risk calculation. Same with BC. And pregnancy can happen even with condom use. Mine accidentally slipped off during sex with a partner once. I’m confused have you even talked to a woman about this before?
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 04:02 PM

And I don’t give a shit about your made up bullshit either. Great talk.

This doesn’t prove any point you made about hypergamy? Anal sex just creates more avenues for STD transmission.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/21 02:38 PM

That makes sense. Consequences of sex are much higher for women than men. I thought you were referring more to physical attributes changing (very annoyed at insinuations that women’s vaginas can be too stretched out after too many partners. Totally not true.)

From what I’ve seen the whole HVM LVM thing seems to be relative. How it fits in with your life and what you value. But again, I also know dogma is a bitch and that’s always the danger of these dating echochamber subs Also considering how casual sex has way more consequences for cis women than cis men, I don’t blame them for being protective of their bodies

I’ve been lurking on that sub and that’s pretty much what it is? I don’t see any advocating for gold digging, just making sure they filter out fuckbois I have lots of problems with radfem spaces (I’m pretty sure FDS mods basically cleaned up all their transphobic and gender critical stuff to survive a Reddit purge) and I think any time you generalize you run into problems. But I don’t see how their philosophy is incompatible with redpill theory. It’s all people protecting themselves from other p…

This is exactly what radfem/FDS circles are advocating. Women who work for men’s attention and validation are ‘pickme’s’ and should focus on themselves instead. So why do you redpill types hate them so much? It seems like you’re both advocating for the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/21 05:10 PM

Because it’s fucking stupid. I mean I’m not going to stop you from saying it or anything, I’m just telling you it’s dumb fuck “men are from Mars women are from blah blah blah” generalization. I’ve spent the entire weekend reading through FDS and MGTOW drivel and, I don’t know, reading your comment just set me off. And I’m petty enough that I wanted to make sure you knew.
