The second photo shows what they controlled for. The one thing you cant see from this is the men in my profession are the ones with the lower level of education. Most of the men in my profession have a bachelors or certificate studies while the women have masters degrees.

Oh what i meant is by per hour it would look like we get paid less, it would be equal but the problem is the hours are so crazy some time. Today i worked 8:30-3, tomorrow i work 6am-.... hours are all based on patient load, sometimes lots of patients some times little. All depends on the job and when lab results like to come in. But the salary is based on a 40hr work week, my friends in a ob/gyn work about 60 hrs/wk, while i am doing 45 ish but we're both paid based on 40. The only agenda i have…

Salaried positions, you leave when the work is done. Fun thing about being a medical provider, some days youre out on time, some days youre charting for 3 extra hours, unlike most healthcare position (insert nurse bitching about 1.5 call hours, and having to stay an extra 30 minutes occasionally and how they dont get paid enough for the work they do.) What about my masters program in physicians assistant studies which is the same degree same work, yet the salary report from our professional society shows that for the same work women make less in compensation. Same job, same education, salary positions, women are making less. Edit: fixed my laggy ass grammar
