1	There are literally no words. Idk what you are insinuating but this issue shouldnt be gender specific. Same goes for men too. It sucks and in my opinion until a verdict is reached, defendants and victims shouldnt be named. But fighting for that doesnt excuse men from doing the same thing to women. 1	There are literally no words. Yes exactly. She was coerced into retracting her claim because the police didnt do their job properly and the same goes for the judge. It is an ongoing case thats being taken to the European Court. Its like blaming someone for lying because they had a gun pointed at their head and were told to lie. 0	There are literally no words. It would be stupid af to name someone before anything conclusive has taken place. By your logic, say someone does get name for "alleged" crime. Once it comes out that she IS a victim, what then? The name is already out. You can't take it back. This should go for both genders. In this case the circumstances of her allegation retraction is dubious and thus the case is being taken to the European Court. 1	There are literally no words. Kind of what is happening here. There is no proof the rape did not occur. The article says there is evidence of the crime taking place. She was pressured by the police without a lawyer present. If you were a 19 yo in a foreign country, pressured by number of fully frown men, would you not have done the same? If she was pressured, like the article says, of course she signed whatever bullshit was given to her. This doesn't mean she lies 100%. It even says there is evidence, but the judge refuses to hear it. Idk man seems like people are jumping to conclusions too soon.
