Meditate, there are so many tools to help. Mostly just focus on your breath.

That last line is a red flag that will get you disqualified way before your clothes come off.

Hmm, I guess I don’t understand the point of the post if you’re already satisfied.

I find it unfortunate when people think any of this is set in stone before around 60 years old. It takes discipline and radical lifestyle changes but there are countless examples to illustrate it’s possible. For looks it’s the gym, food, and clothes but for charisma it’s almost entirely social exposure to a wide variety of people and situations along with a genuine interest in elevating those around you.

It has high returns because it is a basic need. It’s like investing in water because no matter how much you jack up the price people will be forced to pay it. Buying investment properties that sit empty or making millions on rental margins is becoming immoral.

Don’t target those girls if you’re not that type. But at minimum you need to be stable, self possessed (not controlled by emotions), and capable of creating happiness for those who enter your bubble. Saying you’ve done it before is a nonstarter... This is multiple lifetimes worth of work.

People are great at smelling when it’s an act. It needs to be genuine before it will work. No falseness required.. but getting there from a place of instability does take a metric ton of work.

I absolutely endorse healthy standards. The way you have suddenly assumed I think standards are ‘gross’ and you imply everyone should have the same standards as you is a great validation of why this is a red flag mindset to me. It’s quite draining over time.

I’m male and I still avoid associating with people that think like above. The hyper-comparative and entitled attitude is a vibe killer and it feels gross to be around it.

Exactly. Anytime someone talks about wanting virgins and “low mileage” all I hear is insecurity and red flags. Live your life to the fullest while maintaining discipline and self-possession. Make your world heaven for yourself and those who enter it. A high value person will inevitably join you.

I think we as a group need to avoid assuming bad intentions. You could assume OP was knowingly and covertly shaming women for this, but I can easily imagine someone growing up in circumstances where the concept of cutting hair short is foreign and they’re genuinely curious about why you’d do something so ‘odd’ Assuming the worst and escalating will backfire over time in the culture wars. More carrot less stick. /soapbox

You said paternity is not worth discussing. I’m just illustrating that real life relationships don’t handle a dna test like it’s no big deal, and so for most situations OPs point is valid and men won’t know. I don’t actually believe they should be mandatory for all, I’m just discursing.

Then a dna test should be default with every delivery. Simply asking for a DNA test invites distrust and bad energy, so essentially unless you confess to serious trust issues, men cannot know. Also the DNA test MUST be done before the father signs the birth certificate, otherwise the man is on the hook even if the child belongs to another man.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
