For instance, Autism can manifest itself in poor communication, lack of understanding about social norms etc. Could be health related - I'm no expert of course, talk to your doctor first. Maybe watch a couple of cheesy movies, the lower the budget the better (higher paid actors are better at being subtle in my opinion) or soaps. Look at how the characters react to each other.
