There is also another relevant quote in Hesiod's "Work and Days": Do not let a flaunting woman coax and cozen and deceive you: she is after your barn. The man who trusts womankind trusts deceivers.

You could find it by going through the poster's user profile but it's not really worthwhile, thread is dogpiled with leftist shitheads basically saying "YOU NOT PAYING FOR HER WOMENS STUDIES IS THE REASON WHY WE NEED MORE WOMENS STUDIES YTA" with thousands and thousands of upvotes and the OP's comments downvoted into deep negatives.

It's politics, dummy. If men don't start pushing back about the female supremacy nonsense it will continue getting worse. You don't get to just grill even if that's all you're interested in. You may not care about identity politics but identity politics cares about you. For example, would you like an exclusive tax on men because bluhbluh women's dollar is 80 cents? These things don't happen in a vacuum.

Looks have always been important but nowadays that's the only metric available. Matching is based on your picture and it's not like anyone reads or believes the profile so it's the only thing you go on. Women (even ugly ones) have such an excess of men messaging them they need to filter them based on something and looks are the easiest.

We are critical of women who throw themselves on any cock that gives them tingles because they do so with no consideration for how it makes them look to the rest of men. It's not about what it looks like to men, it's about bad results that affect everyone around them. The women gets propped up by tax money while strutting around about "independence" and the child is likely to grow up dysfunctional. This is hypocritical for the subreddit to entertain. What exactly is hypocritical here? This is a …

First, why is it in French? Discussion here should be in English even if people can guess what it says. Secondly, the comparison is bad because with the first two traps, whoever takes the bait out of it is in trouble. With the last one, the one who presents the trap is the one who gets in trouble when it gets sprung, unless the woman is somehow doing the proposing.

Those things are always and I mean ALWAYS anti-man. It's always the guy's fault no matter what. The guy always has to burden the responsibility while the females are treated like little kids who don't know any better pff Indeed, almost the entire thing is heaping blame on the husband for not trying harder to fix her. Nevermind the fact that he has likely ended in the status quo because any attempts at fixing her unhappiness just makes her more resentful and sulky. Clearly the attempts are not wo…

This isn't really anything new, women do this instinctively because they know that it would attract almost no attention if they didn't advertise how they're A GIRL.

Many black-owned businesses never had the chance to growth/thrive because no-one would shop there due to it being BLACK-OWNED. Does that include other black people? Maybe your business just sucks if no one wants to shop there and this sort of BUY FROM ME CUZ IM BLACK YO isn't going to help.

what kind of job gets to dictate "seeing people outside of work" ? To be fair, it could be COVID restrictions where they're worried about the spread. More likely though it is just the guy bullshitting because he wasn't interested in anything long term.

Funny that they would say this, considering how elated women are when chasing attention from Chads. Even the pump and dumping seems to give them "purpose, meaning and creative energy" to the extent that they will throw away everything else to get it. Married for 10 years with kids? Cheating on my husband with this hunk totally makes my relationship better and makes me feel so much more alive! My ability to have a meaningful relationship is in the gutter because I've only had FWB arrangements for…

We think there's an implicit agreement that if you go out on a date, that you are A) looking and B) interested. So she raised the price until supply matched demand. It was just hard to find fault with what she was doing. It's easy to find fault with what she was doing: The demand is not for "woman enjoys things I paid for and then never speaks to me again", it is "woman enjoys my company and wants to pursue further relations with me". The implicit social contract is that you only agree to a date…

But the one thing I can tell you about her with 100% certainty is that she will never treat this respectful and loving “man she deserves” anywhere near as well as what she treated all those abusive exes in her past. She will make this “man of my dreams” jump through more hoops for sex, and the sex will be far more restrictive and filled with “I don’t do that anymore” barriers. She will put in a fraction of the effort at keeping this “man I want” happy with her behavior and appearance, and you ca…

Well, it's good to examine the premises people use and a very common one I hear implied is "everyone is good at something". Being a pessimist I lean heavily in the direction of "no, some people are just garbage overall".

Women and men are equally smart, but we're smart at different things. There are plenty of things women excel over men at, they should focus on those. As a thought exercise, what would be examples of the things that women are better at? I'm not asking this to provoke an argument, I genuinely want to hear your take. Personally, it feels like the only things women excel at is emotional manipulation and turning that to various kinds of rentseeking behaviour where they don't contribute and just leech…

Different guy here but it's a very short amount of time, reliance can develop as quickly as two weeks use and you'll get rebound symptoms where the anxiety gets a lot worse if you don't keep taking it. It really should be reserved for emergencies and one of the worst uses I see for it is using it as a sleeping aid which will really mess you up in the long term.

People will be impoverished if we continue on our current path. People will be impoverished regardless, the only difference is which people and how poor. Cutting carbon emissions is currently almost equal to cutting production and our system of economy breaks down if production/consumption is reduced. It's easy for the middle class westerner to say to some brazilian farmer "oh no don't slash and burn the forests for farmland" when they already have a good standard of living and the farmer needs …

The fact that one is a MGTOW shouldn't make one blind to scientific facts, or turn a man against an activist just because she was born with a vagina. I hate feminists and leftist soyboys with a burning passion but that doesn't mean all left-associated talking points and activists are always completely wrong. IMO the problem is with the presentation. Instead of presenting actual forecasts on for example how quickly land areas are turning into deserts we have an 16-year old girl telling us how it'…

The issue is when she says things like "I want you to panic, I want you to feel the fear I feel everyday". She's an autistic teen with depression who earlier couldn't even speak to anyone who wasn't an immediate family member. That's not a person anyone should be taking social cues from. Climate change is a problem but this sort of mindless fearmongering isn't helping. Additionally, her boat stunt helped cement the idea that climate change activists are hypocrites and all about "do what I say, n…

You're part of the reason MGTOW get's such a bad rep, man. Thanks for the concern but MGTOW isn't exactly trying to recruit. Also, I thought the reason for bad rep was women saying we are all incels who want to secretly rape them or something? You can go your own way and still experience companionship, relationships, and even marriage. It's about self reflection, reliance, and preservation. What exactly do you think MGTOW is? Its core idea is that western society gives a very bad deal to men and…

He doesn't act on those urges because of laws and society, but if we lived in a world where men were free to do as they pleased, there'd be a lot of fucking going on. Unless you mean rape, no there wouldn't be. Women are turned off by the bottom 80% of men unlike Chads who will be okay with fucking even mediocre women if one happens to be conveniently available. Both sexes want to do this, but only women are actually allowed to. And of course, you can only point out that men are shallow pigs and…

sometimes they generalise bad-behaviour of one woman to all women. But that is the problem, it is not just "one woman". It's 70% of all married women (in the US but I doubt it's any better elsewhere) who file for divorce. Now, if someone gave you a bet where there is a 70% chance that you lose half of everything you have and everything you will earn in the future, would you take that bet? Probably not. Keep in mind that the other party involved is also heavily encouraged to leave and take your m…

This is a key point, because 'nice guys' do not claim any entitlement, they're just pointing out the lose-lose behavior of women, who will claim they want a guy who treats them well, and yet, they will reward the bad guys with all their attention. Indeed. This whole "guys pretend to be nice just to get sex" is a false narrative pushed by women. It's entirely natural to do good things for people you like and expect them to reciprocate. However, that sort of behaviour is interpreted as weakness an…

Except that we have proof that things are getting worse. Social media has been proven to make people feel more depressed and socially isolated, marriages have gone down over time and statistics from okcupid, tinder and other hookup apps have shown that women thinking "80% of men are below average" is in fact true and not just a few bitter guys thinking the world owes them a woman.

some tattoos, if properly done with a great design and placed properly on the body just seem to "fit" people Let's be honest, that's not what the average tattoo is going to be. It's likely something picked off a flash book because "idk, thats cool". Tattoos are in my opinion like a shabby band t-shirt. Wearing one doesn't make you a bad person but if you wear that to work it gives a sloppy impression. I get the feeling you understand this since you even admit that your tattoos can be covered. De…

And if she’s drunk when she opens the condom with you, still don’t matter. Don’t buy this: it will NEVER hold up on court. Indeed, men need to understand that it doesn't matter how much you have followed "the proper protocol" and been a good guy, the system can and likely will throw everything in your favour into the trash in front of your face because they see you as disposable. When the system clearly shows you that they don't care if you are destroyed, BELIEVE IT. In fact, they probably hate …

Where have the companies stated on record that they modify ethnicity estimates to mess with racists? I'm genuinely interested to see a source on this. It's anecdotal and I'm sure you'll never get them to publicly cop to it because it would undermine the whole idea of the testing but here you go: http://archive.is/3LycD I would not be terribly surprised if that was the case, given how petty and vindictive leftists have shown themselves to be.

Whether it's the UK or the US, when was the last time either of them fought in a defensive war? You'll have to go way back in the history books. The current state of chemical burden on our bodies certainly doesn't help but a simpler explanation works here: women are not having children at the age or quantities they historically had. Having a child produces considerable amounts of oxytocin, what do you suppose might be the situation if that child only arrives 10 or maybe even 20 years late? Check out the other post I wrote in this thread.

This. My personal hunch is simply cultural manipulation combined with the advent of reliable birth control. Both the modern condom and birth control pill were invented less than a hundred years ago so before that if you had sex, there was a reasonable chance that a child would be the result. We have skewed things out of balance by having women delay childbirth by incredibly many years, decades in some cases. When our evolutionary history has been that you typically get pregnant a few years after…

Heck, even societies where they treat women as second class and sex objects such as the Middle East, you have to prove yourself to the woman's family and pay a big dowry to marry her. Technically, a dowry is only when the bride's family gifts money or items to the husband. Islam does have "Mahr" or dower in English which is the husband paying for his bride.
