Reached my best and most healthiest shape in a decade by following a bodyweight routine with cardio. Problem is, that with bodyweight the rep range increases too fast and at some point you end up just doing the same workout but for longer, which makes it much more boring. Also, if there's no pull ups or squats, you are leaving two major parts of your body under-developed.

Im just taking everything with a grain of salt, often times posts like this arrive, they preach the truth but are made by a fake person. If everything is true, kudos to you and you are an example. And if not, well i guess nobody really wins anything

I also eat one meal a day, and cook that meal myself, so no exorbitant restaurant bills. Neither do I drink nor do I do drugs, so misc expense is also zero. In other words... You are broke?

Yes, i aware and thats why i made a choice to dodge relationships until i learn how to naturally be like that.

Good post, but my biggest problem comes not from the fact that the woman will never love you the way you want her to, but the fact that even if you have strong feelings for her, you can’t express it because you will lose her. Now it can be the opposite, where you want a woman to love you the way you think is right, and it never happens. Both of these scenarios can equally kill you inside. So i think the golden middle is a woman who is completely devoted to you, and you love her just enough to ma…

Do what you want. Nobody will tell you what is the right choice. You want to have an affair? Do it. You love your LTR too much to do that? Then get rid of your oneitis by fucking someone else. You are your own man, nobody here will give you the right answer except the one you wanna hear, so which one is it?

However lifting isnt always a fix. I started lifting way before trp. I lifted for year and although it helped, what you really need to work on is your mind and how to boost your confidence and be happy with who you are. If you are a 10/10 chad but have no confidence and feel like a piece of shit everytime, lifting will not help.

I've done several streaks of 1-3 months, sometimes i just take a week or two off. It is litterally really hard to do it, but you have to know why you're doing it. The more you're off porn and fapping the more hornier you are. However, some research said that your testosterone drops after 7 days of no-fap, i never felt letargic, i litteraly felt like i want to fuck anyone that is moving. I decided that that state is not healthy to be in, because when you want sex to begin with, and you get none, …

Approach early, build up confidence and you will stop caring about rejection, and then keep working on yourself, still approaching at some point you will get more success

I guess im stuck in between the mental jerk-off and doing something. Re-wiring your brain and ego takes a lot of time, and you litteraly have to beat yourself first, before you can continue, and this is something i've been trying to do. Also the fact that im still young and not sure what the actual right path is, is what makes TRP difficult for me to understand in the long term. What if, let's say we, treat it the same way guys in Scientology threat their religion, or the same way Jehovah Witnes…

I've seen ultimate bb's get multiple kisses or a lay or two in clubs at the same time i also saw chads not approach and get nothing. Been on both ends of the spectrum. There is only one rule i could think of that comes in to play no matter what: ALWAYS BE THE ONE WHO IS HAVING FUN If you go to a club with an expectation or a goal to get laid/kiss or so on, you might be completely dissapointed in yourslef and lose confidence. What you should be doing is go have fun, dance your ass off like nobody…

The more you start reading the more complicated it gets. One day you get posts saying that working on yourself/your business etc is the main goal, and after that comes pussy, other posts, like this says that getting pussy is the main goal and after that comes everything else. The more this place keeps growing, the harder it is to keep track, and i understand now why there's so many shit posts and people who think they know what is going on, when in reality they don't. Great post nonetheless.

I think that your opinion about the whole nofap movement is just biased. Its not like guys stop jerking off because they want to go and clean their room. First comes the want to change your life and do something with it, so they think NoFap is the choice. Different things work for different people, some may not have a “healthy habit” like you do, so they just go cold turkey. Wether or not its their choice and i don’t think it’s a bad one with a few exceptions. Being a BB and jerking off everyday…

My friend, dry orgasm is a actual bad health condition and edging is blue balling yourself. If you think thats nofap than just stick to regular jerking and thats all. Reddit heard about nofap ages ago, but how many guys have you met in real life who actually went trough it?
/r/TheRedPill07/08/18 01:33 PM

There’s a reason for this, and also i feel that the movement shouldn’t be frowned upon by TRP. Even Rollo said himself that masturbation isn’t good unless you have a good sex life. Now imagine guys in their late teens or early 20s. They probably started jerking off around the age of 14 or earlier and haven’t stopped. They discover no fap. They do it. Most fail, some dont. They start getting busy because the need to rub one off is getting too strong. In the end they end up either developing a hob…

There are points where i wish i didn't discover this web the way i did. I mean at a point when you're in your late teens - early twenties, and you read these posts and articles, you think that you are better than those blue-pilled men that we all make fun of. But in reality, you are not doing any approaches, you are not spinning plates. You are just reading and reading and constantly overthinking yourself without taking action. This is also one of those phases no one talks about. As soon as you …

5 exercises with 3 sets each is definitely not too much volume. I would even say move on to 4 sets each after 2-3 months since you wont be getting great results with 3 sets.

3 sets of 10-12 means you do a 10 repetitions, break 10 repetitions, break 10 repetitions and move on to the next exercise. I dont know any other basic way to explain this.

Everyone has a different opinion on lifting, some like heavy weight training some like hypertrophy and some like to mix it up. In the end as long as your nutrition is good and consistent you can get away with almost anything if you work out 3-4 times consistently. Lifting is not rocket science, theres millions of books with researches on what you should do, my persona favorite is PPL 6 times a week, that's how i got my best results from 25% bf to 15% (not saying it's perfect but its still result…

I only realised this once i got into a situation where my good friend developed a relationship with a girl that we both met one night. I actually planned on going for it myself, but he was the first one to message her. Anyway the relationship turned into us hanging out a lot together, at first i was thinking that i am the third wheel but now after reading this post i realized that i am in a good place since i have the benefits of having both a male and a female friends to rely on if i need it. Every man must have a mission, something he breathes trough, something that makes him wake up in the morning. At first perhaps that mission was TRP for you, but now, since you finished it and got good at it, you have to find another mission. Being busy is the only way to escape the mental state of unhappiness, get rid of the word happy, you will never be happy forever, it comes and goes, just embrace it. Find your true mission, find a goal, and fight for it.

Well it doesn't hurt, just annoying pop, the only time it's good is after i go to the swimming pool and do a lot of laps swimming in different styles, so i guess i need to find a good stretching routine and do it every day.

Plus during my ego lifting years i went for weight and got shit ton of injuries that i still feel to this day, so now a days id rather do 20 reps and get sore as fuck than do 5 reps of my max weight

I don't think that plates matter, go for general improvement and your strength will improve. I check my maxes once every 2 months or so and i know i can push myself harder, but i see no reason to go into power lifting/ strength training, and i can already do 2-3 plates on the compounds

Serious question, i think that when you're 5'8 and even lifting naturally doesn't really boost your chances much, you think hopping on gear would be the right thing to do? I have 6 years of experience already, but in my mind in 10 years when im 30 im thinking to at least hop on TRT to keep myself going. I don't want to fuck my liver and other organs by using too much, maybe just test and deca is enough at low dosages?

From these two FR's it seems that you are making a stable progress, and that's good. Just keep being consistent enough and im pretty sure you will achieve 2 of your goals: losing V card and then realising that pussy is not worth to be placed on a pedestal.

I haven't been following stoicism much, or nihilism for that matter, as in reading everyday etc. I am fairly aware of what it is and how a man following this lifestyle should act. As time passes, i found myself to be less emotional towards my actual friends, what they do and so on, however when it comes to strangers and potential girls i like, it's a bit different. My mom and a few friends call me cold hearted, as in situation like this: my mom send me a link to a student who died of some diseas…

Number one thing that is limiting you is the voice inside your head. Conquering it is hard, but once you do it, a happy, clear mindset will help you to become anything you want, of course apart from the things you can't change. If all of us had the same mindset of Bill Gates, Elon Musk etc. wouldn't all of us more or less be successful, or at least more successful than how we are now?

It was one of the reasons why i went on a 90 day streak and later decided to relapse to see how much difference i feel. It wasn't too big, but you start feeling really bad about yourself everytime you rub one out, even worse feelings than it was before.

But if it's excess masturbation that it surely can be a problem. Imagine that you started at the "ripe" age of 14. And you "occasionally" rubbed one out. Then it became a habit. Once a day, twice a day etc. until it's your lifestyle. Do you really think that is completely healthy? Because i tried all of the above, from doing it out of boredom, to the most awful porn, because softcore porn is just not enough after a few years, to going cold turkey to going at it maybe once a week or so, no porn. …

It's hard to reprogramme yourself, i know because that's what i've been doing. But there's always a breaking point in your life, when you're tired of the same old shit. That's when you go RedPill. You're already on the right path, just keep on moving.

Perhaps it's a hard thing to get over, since we are all more or less modified like that, or with all the feminine bullshit that was constantly shoved in our throats that we need to love women, all the true love/real love bullshit. But trust me, once you get over it, you will truly feel free.

Approach even the ugly/mediocre girls, it will help you to improve your frame. There should be no difference for you between a 5 and a 9, you should still be able to hold your frame and show your high SMV. The best practice is actually talking with the girls you don't want to fuck, which sometimes results in them wanting to be fucked furiously by you. Night game is not suited for everybody, bars as well. Find a place where you strive in. Good luck and keep grinding.

I did a total of 4 months of NoFap troughout the last 8 months. When i discovered it i was expecting some super powers, but its all just bullshit. Then i stopped after a month, and went back to my old ways: porn. Lots of it. And i hated it. Once i quit porn and did no fap just for my own benefits its much more different. Plus im more of a no porn than nofap these days, since i can control myself better

The thing about time waste, im studying at University, and im doing part time work, roughly 40 hours a week for 8 pounds/hr. Everytime i do a longer shift im thinking of how im wasting my time and that i will never be 19 again and won't have the same free time. I wanted to comment this on your earlier guides, but to all the youngins out there ( im not much older as well) i would like to give a tip. Don't waste your summer, or any holidays/vacations from school. In my country we had 3 months of pure summer holidays, that means you do whatever the fuck you want to. For me it was grinding the gym. For others it might have been drinking and partying all day everyday. I would say that finding a part time job, saving money and getting gains should be a prior…

basically in order to become alpha, you must make it a lifestyle, forever. I guess you can compare that to lifting, if you don't eat healthy, clean food you wont get any results, as soon as you start eating junk food again you start losing it. Atleast thats the way i understand it now.

I decided to change my life for the better, from unswallowing the blue pill to swallowing the red one. I started no fap 2 months ago, but since then i can say i haven't made a lot of progress, atleast not as much as i wish. So how is it exactly that we understand the term Alpha? Im still reading Rational Male and as far as Rollo says there's different alphas, like the Alpha - Budha Cory and then the Alpha bad guys who might not exactly always be successful? In my opinion alpha would stand for a guy who keeps his frame at all time, focusing on his own goals and achieving them, and then gaining attention and attraction from girls because he DOESNT give a fuck about them. When i started lifting about 7 years ago i wasn't even touching the weights first. But at the same time i was about 14 or so and was afraid of the "forever manlet from lifting" mentality. In the end im 5"7 and wasted a few years of lifting. I never did starting strength up until i had at least half decent nutrition and also i already had a good base of muscle and knowledge. I've been thinking a lot about what you said, and this ironic paradox that is happening to me after reading The Rational Male and the Redpill is that i am not sure if i want to fuck more women without getting into a relationship or rather than that just focusing on my own thing. In the end what i get is none of the above, im neither getting sex or neither im focused on wealth or just becoming a stronger person after all.
