Teaches TRP. Same concept that people give here applies to it. There's no problem in gaining that knowledge, but question everything. Maintaining a good body is important. Many people don't do it. Why? Because it's a real long road. It isn't easy. Having a life fueled by purpose automatically sets your frame and game right. This isn't a TRP secret.

Fortunately as a guy there's many things you can do to improve your SMV, whereas ugly chicks only have surgery as an option. Exactly lol what I really became happy about when I thought of this. As a guy and coming from a semi-incel mindset I thought I'm over lol but now I realized there are many things to boost SMV.

Does that even mean that a girl I nexted at my low SMV stage can suddenly get interested in my high SMV stage? (Say, dumped dudes for example). I know that's scarcity mindset but tbh my smv rn is too low to get girls and im still working on that continuously.

So blogs like Vox and all make big ass articles about this? I've read multiple articles man. I've been a lurker of here from 2-3 months (this is a throwaway). I increased my female attention and all from here but didn't get laid and all lol. I agree that's because of my poor skin and skinny fat frame and small height (5"8) but these articles were distracting.
