I see the "assassinated by xxxxxx" comment alot in high profile cases..here it's antifa,with Rittenhouse it was several different groups that was going to kill him within a week. Its a long story but short version is I pissed her off and didnt even know it so she made up lies that I put hands on her in 3 or 4 locations. One of them even had cameras showing I didnt do anything but legal team suggested safest option was termination for me and then they ended her contract the next day.

No he threw it out because she was listening to head phones and didn't even know the cop was there until he was snapping his fingers in her face telling her she was arrested. She completely didn't hear the warnings and then he grabbed her. The charges the cop brought against her was disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, both of which was caused by him not bothering to get her attention before escalating.

Except imagine they gave you the warning while you were still asleep and then skipped to the part with being arrested, because that's what actually happened here. She was listening to music and didn't know he was there until he was telling her she was coming off the train. The judge dropped everything telling the cop there wouldn't have been a situation if he hadnt made one and the girl is now suing the city.

Except all the charges were dropped because the cop admitted she had ear buds in when he gave the warnings. She didn't even know he was there until he snapping his fingers in her face. So not did the judge tell him that the only reason there was an incident because he made one the girl is sueing the city.
