Correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to recall that the wage gap is most definitely a thing, just nowhere near the level to which it is portrayed to be by feminists (I think it's something like ~0.94 to 1). It's all good and well to shit on others for lack of intelligence but maybe worth, in that case, making sure that you yourself are also properly communicating the facts?

IIRC he was aware of that but she wasn't supposed to do anything physical. Just insults and such.

Honestly both of them were just flinging shit. What pissed me off is she made a lot if generalisations about men that were apparently 100% true but she didn't hesitate to call him out on making any generalisations about women.

That doesn't mean it's the right or safe thing to do. Hell, even if it's a coke, there'd probably still be an issue if it broke her phone or something and whilst that would be a satisfying punishment for her, it'd most likely come back to bite the branch in the ass not much further down the line.

Could be, but my point wasn't "it's okay as long as it's not dangerous". My point was he pretty much instantly threw the drink without even thinking about it. They probably get annoying pranks in the drive-thru semi-regularly and I'd imagine it's much easier for them to have someone who will go for the window first rather than potentially getting the branch into a shit load of trouble.

Eh, I know reddit likes to go to extremes but honestly, his impromptu reaction of throwing a potentially boiling drink could have really serious consequences and that's not to say what she did is right or that she doesn't deserve some kind of consequence but I could easily understand why he'd be punished.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
