Oneitis is only good if you’re already in long term stable relationship. It’s not good when you’re single because you ignore other women out there that could be just as if not more compatible. Make sure to distinguish between liking her and liking the idea of her. But you should always be willing to take the L: if it turns out she doesn’t like you, shrug it off and move on. But don’t get stuck on her for months thinking that she will eventually fall in love with you.

Lol that scale is ridiculous. Ryan Gosling is 99% of women's dream guy and he's a 7?! Stop worrying about where you fit in and just have your own swag.

You're counting yourself out before the girl even looks at you. Like someone else said, forget girls for the time being, you gotta work on YOU. You probably have a whole bunch of stuff going for you that you're not even considering. Start with the simple stuff: you're in college, most people don't go to college. That's a win. Balding? Own it: either don't give a fuck about it, wear a hat, or shave it off. Get some hobbies, make some friends, hit the gym, live life. And if you're worried about yo…

Why would you regret it? You missed out on an opportunity, so what? There will be more in the future. I'm guessing that now you have a job, your own place, and you're 25. If so, you're moving in the right direction and a different window is now open so take advantage of it.

I'd go NoPorn. Because then you're only fapping to girls you see or know in real life, and you'd rather have sex with her in real life instead of imagining. With porn, you have no chance with those women, so jacking off to porn is the best you'll get with them.

You didn't fuck up. In fact, she may think something is wrong with her because you didn't get it up, since in her mind, guys are supposed to always be horny and ready to go (unless she's experienced this before). Don't sweat it, just go for it again and I bet you have no issues.

It honestly depends on the girl but I wouldn't bet on too much developing with a chick that you were initially trying to be friends with. If you're planning on dating the chick then you should always show interest early on. If you just want to be friends then don't worry about it.

Nah that's what you think. You have no idea what these girls are thinking. Most of the time they're worried about being too fat or not attractive enough. Who said you're too ugly? Did someone actually say that to your face or did you just make that the reason? I bet you've had girls that were into you, but because you didn't show enough interest, they assumed you didn't like them and figured they must of done something wrong. Talk to one of your female friends and you'll realize they are super i…

There's nothing wrong with being friends with chicks. In fact, having girls as friends will do a lot of good things for you. Women in general will be more comfortable with you because they see that other women are not intimidated/creeped out by you. They will see you as less needy because you aren't trying to sleep with every girl you meet. And some women will be willing to set you up with their friends (I wouldn't count on this happening though). IMO the friendzone is where you befriend a chick…

If you take a look around, you'll notice that most people do not possess every positive quality necessary to "get a girl." A lot of things help but it really comes down to being confident in who you are as a person. Worry less about being becoming a perfect person by society's standards and just do you. I noticed I started turning a lot more heads when I just said "fuck it, I'm just gonna have fun the way I want to."

Well the problem is in the "interest" part. The problem with women showing interest is that it's vague. I've talked to female friends who were upset that guys didn't talk to them after they intentionally bumped into him at a bar. If I get bumped into in a crowded place, I ignore it. They'll also stare down a guy until he looks at them, and then look away. And in my mind, until about a year and half ago, my first thought was "what did I do wrong?" But to them, these are clear signs of interest. T…

I guess I'm missing why this would happen. Unless you look deformed, then there's some women that have been interested. If you dress well, stay in decent shape, and are passionate about something in your life (work or hobby), a woman will notice. But if you're self defeating, women will avoid you. In the end, it starts with you and how you view yourself.

Well then how are all these "less attractive" people hooking up with girls and getting married? The girls just pity them? Do you mean no woman will be interested in a man? Or no HOT woman would be interested in a man? Big difference there, and it may be a case of realizing that your standards are ridiculously high to the point where no girl can meet them.

I share some of your thoughts, but this is hyperbole. Women aren't disgusted by a man simply because he exists. They may be afraid of you, but that has more to do with the fact that you can easily overpower her, not that you are inherently creepy. And it all depends when and how you are expressing interest. At work? Probably not the best time. Going for the kiss with no touching/kino beforehand? That can be seen as odd. Not taking no for answer? Definitely sexual assault. If a girl is calling se…

Most women are not going to accuse of sexual assault for simply asking to get a drink/coffee

Over analyzing causes you to freeze. If you analyze until you feel sure about what's the right choice, you may never get the gut feeling about what the best decision is. Which means you never act. Analyzing can be good, but it shouldn't go so far that you never make a choice. How would you know no woman is romantically interested? Do you share their thoughts? Remember, women take rejection WAY worse than men. Most women will make NO definitive move that clearly shows their interest until you do.…

What is "got turned down badly?" If a chick laughs at you while rejecting you, she's a terrible person and you should be glad she rejected you. Women are hot & cold. Some girls are flirty by nature. Some girls will like you but still turn you down for some other reason. It's definitely frustrating. Don't worry about the why. Don't spend so much time looking for the right sign or right moment. Make your move, and if she says no, don't take it personally and move on. The signs differ between women…

Because I used to think the same thing you did. Turns out I was too analytical and way too in my own head to see that girls were interested, I just wasn't paying attention.

You've definitely attracted several women before. You just weren't attuned to the signs that they give off.

Were you actually trying to get with her i.e. approaching, asking her on dates, etc.? Because if not, then you were acting like a normal dude and she decided to threaten you with assault, there's nothing you can do about crazy. If you were trying to get with her, then there's a point where it becomes certain that no more approaches should be made. If she's not reciprocating interest, then move on. One girl trying to ruin your life shouldn't deter you from your goals and you want to achieve in li…

I guess I don't get it. Why would your reputation be ruined for getting rejected? Why would a girl consider you a stalker? If she says no or she's not interested, that's it. Move on. If you're being over persistent, then yeah, that could be seen as stalkerish.

Dude, the first thing you've gotta do is to tell yourself yes. I can tell that before you even read what he posted you were already formulating your disagreement. You think like I used to think, until I figured out that my biggest cockblock was myself.

Nah you ain't past your prime at 25. Where I live most people would think you're young. When I go out on the weekends I see tons of men & women well into their 30s still doing the same shit they've been doing since 18. As a guy, you could be in your 30s and still be in your prime. That said, start making moves now. If I had to guess, most of the issues are in your head, not external.

You've just described college life of a privileged white male/school athlete. OP said he was a skinny Asian guy.

It may be phrasing, but the idea that a guy has to "pass all of your tests" to win your affection sounds extremely off-putting. What other tests are there?

That's really not my point. What she stated is that a guy who won't pay for her meal on several dates isn't worth her time. I don't mind paying for a date's meal, but it shouldn't be her expectation.

What did you do for the guy? What did you bring to the table while he was paying for dates and waiting for sex? What were his desires?

Why would paying for both parties on a date prove that someone can help through the bad times? It says nothing about financial stability.

No offense, but I would like to know how a man paying for both parties on several dates works with feminism. It seems extremely hypocritical and one-sided to me.

A jerk isn't a guy who beats women. A lot of times a "jerk" is simply a guy who does his own thing and doesn't spend every waking minute doing what his girl wants.

That's not why women cheat. Women cheat because they are no longer satisfied by their current relationship, and it's usually because their SO no longer does the things he did to get her in the first place, but the new guy does.

I know women your age and older (much older, like mid 30s) that continue to party in nightclubs every weekend. Nothing wrong with it at all but it's not just something for 19 year olds.

It's desperate if you compliment while expecting to gain something in return. Her reaction to your compliment shouldn't matter, you're just expressing how you feel. Like you said, if it's genuine then no worries.

Don't worry about those around you, worry about yourself. If the people around you are true friends, they will be glad to see you improve, but you're doing it for you, not them. And once you truly are living your way of life and doing whatever the fuck you want, women will take notice and want to be part of the experience.

I see it as "stop putting pussy on a pedestal." If you think you have to be perfect to get a girl, then you're setting yourself up to fail because no one is perfect. But if you just do your own thing regardless of what a certain girl thinks, then you'll have fun regardless. If you happen to take a girl home, then that's just icing on the cake.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
