Whatever you decide to do, don't lie and say you like how it looks when you don't. She's led to believe you say you don't like it at first, but when I make my smart big girl decision to do it anyway he'll end up liking it like he always does. My wife knew when we met I didn't like it, all the way up through when she was pregnant and wanted to chop it all off. She cut it short and came home expecting me to like it. When asked, I calmly told her I didn't like it and it made her less attractive to …

The scenarios you just listed are a lot worse than the one you wrote a post about.

You're welcome! I assumed that's how you meant it, just thought you could actually sneak it in there the first time and be like see you didn't even notice!

I take Vegan Smart powder supplement that's Vanilla flavored. Tastes pretty good even in water or mixed into any kind of smoothie. They carry it at Sam's. Certified Vegan, non-gmo, has vitamins and all that crap. Get that and make a smoothie for her then tell her after she drinks it what's in it. Also, Sam's carries basically a pre-made refrigerated smoothie so that combo for me is really easy.

Is her name Deborah? You would then be able to list that as an example of why you're a BOSS during an interview for a promotion. Killing two birds with one poo. I saw it on SNL, will probably work.

Likely caused by unrealistic images on Instagram If you compare your woman to the hottest pictures of women on the internet then you can expect to be disappointed. Same goes if she did that to you. and my father food/fitness policing our entire family. Learned behavior that's been instilled in you since childhood. A good thing to a certain level, but not at the level of being an obsession to this degree. My advice would be to just relax and to look at how good things are, which seems contrary to…

You want to make sure diet and sleep are locked down foremost. For me eating a lot of small meals during the day keeps my metabolism booming and lots of energy boosts throughout the day. Taking vitamin D3 and b12 (methylcobalamim) daily. There are 2 different kinds of b12 and your body takes that kind better. Also, I take a vegan protein supplement powder that also has vitamins in it. In regards to carbs, you do need some. Just make sure your eating good carbs such as whole grains. It's white br…

I'm still new at this as well so I'm only going to address #2 What helped me is realizing that me reacting negatively whether it's anger, resentment, etc isn't going to make things better for me or my relationship. You're doing this whole thing to create a better life for yourself and hopefully fix all the relationship issues as well. Having those feelings and acting that way will not accomplish that goal. Keep that as your mindset. Your happiness isn't dependent on her, what she's done, what sh…

Yeah maybe, just didn't know if that stood for something else and he was referring to some kind of mental fapping. I don't fap, so all good there.

His 3 types of dysfunctional captains post was great! Admittedly probably 75% the first and 25% the 2nd. Really provides some good incite.

I was definitely afraid of her emotions/what I thought might happen, etc. Once I stopped being afraid, I got angry. That's when I came across RP. Outcome independence has helped that a lot with that mindset.

Definitely guilty of showing butthurtitis before. I got to a point where I didn't care anymore about not showing things bothered me so I started expressing that hoping it would change things for the better by getting her to understand how important certain things were, which obviously we know how that turns out. I used to be great at the whole fun/teasing/innuendos/kino but after she emotionally beat me to a pulp she wasn't having it anymore (shocking I know) so my strategy has been to grow into…

First link is a perfect look into all the wrong things I did that made my wife hate me in the first place. I was always so naturally calm that I didn't know how to handle her extreme emotions and didn't realize the whole dynamic of it or any RP truths. I had an impossible time understanding what she needed from these emotional outbursts and tried taking each situation logically and individually like she was a man. It's like she emotionally beat me into submission and I didn't even realize it. Ha…

Yeah she definitely seems to be like that too. Extremely emotional, even for a woman. I read the whole article "The most responsible teenager in the house" from the red pill sidebar and it connected a lot of dots.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
