Unfortunately I believe the way the law works is if you get another DUI before you're actually found guilty of the previous one, they both count as the same offense. Meaning if I have one DUI and I get a second, but the court case is still pending, they both count only as my second offense. At least that's how it works here in PA. I think if you get another DUI while your DUI case is pending, your license should be revoked for life and you should go to prison.

If you're driving over the speed limit, some of the fault is on you. But I do agree that this lady should not have had her car parked on the damn road. If the woman had to stop to avoid hitting something though, the fault is totally on the guy on the bike traveling too fast to avoid things in front of him. Sad either way.
