I’m just saying im not a military man right now. If i were looking for soldiers or potential recruits, I’d be hanging around this subreddit.

I spend a great deal of time staying fit and healthy. It doesn’t just attract women and I’ve no intention of dying in any of the current ridiculous wars going on around the world. I just keep any red pilled nuggets to myself and spend little time writing about it these days. Treacherous times me hearty!

I daresay society/ culture used to promote man as a rock which was very helpful to the boomers. Now the rug has been pulled, the game has changed. Girls came up a few rungs of the ladder and Thats makes settling uncomfortable. Like it or not, if man is not fighting and dying abroad, he is pushed towards new heights at home. Men and women work well together. It’s ruthless but so is nature.

Downvotes- but I agree. When culture has fallen off a Cliff, all that’s left is sex. It’s also a reaction to feminism and the breakup of the family. It’s also very lcd. I’d much rather read history, cherish culture and family than just a hookup lifestyle. Much better.

I get the idea yet I’m not 100% as there are other ways for a man to dominate other than financially. As long as he is financially independent then it shouldn’t be an issue: abundance mentality + options while holding frame. “If you don’t like the stability and security, I’ve still got other places to be and people to see.”

Was being a wimpy bitch victim and ruining my marriage until someone suggested I might like to take it. I’m not 100%. I think ditching your culture is wimpish and cowardly- too much history to learn. In fact only recently has blue pilled behavior become acceptable so there’s plenty to read about in old books. Relationship has changed dramatically since holding frame, having options and living in abundance became my thing. I’m not going anywhere but I think it’s secretly comforting for my wife to…

Doesn’t matter who you vote for, the sex and porn industry rolls on. Makes me laugh when restrictive laws are passed “to protect kids” but look at all that free porn which somehow stays pretty much freely available. Julian Assange would be a free man if only he’d hacked Obamas gay porn stash instead of anything really damaging to US national security.

I agree- however a change of perspective is needed to become 'outside looking in' instead of 'inside looking out.' Don't get trapped and stuck in a rut, become open to change- move around. You don't have to tear up everything, burn cultural bridges and rebuild from scratch. Self searching and self improvement are routes to standing for something you believe in rather than getting seduced by the silky words of a red pilled life coach.

Charming people to get.what you want is different from being nice. It’s often only necessary until you get to know people- if they are really annoying then hopefully keep in contact as little as possible. I think I only ever had one real dick head group I had to sit with all day. Tried moving to another part of the office but my boss objected so I quit and got a better job.

Westerners marry for tingles and to replace the mother they never had. Perhaps for sex but not often for love because love is corrupted and misunderstood. Love is a work in progress like a good relationship.

I think that there was just more to life other than finding your one and only and settling down to your happily ever after. Imagine the days when marriages were arranged between families! The 60'¨s were liberating but I suspect that we ae now epeiencing a policiy where love is sex and sex is all you need- pure corruption. Sex is good but love is much deeper, wi…

Thanks for the reply- I agree, the culture is toxic. It just seems like a bad horror movie, yet so bad you can’t turn away or switch it off. Men want to fuck but I have been in more traditional countries where women play the long game: get a ring on your finger and drop a few kids making you financially and emotionally invested. Then start abusing your position of power to make increasingly unreasonable demands until the nice guy either pays up or divorces 50/50. After the divorce, the kids are straight down the orphanage because they are not pure bloods. So many guys here think they have it made overseas but it’s still a minefield o…

Married to swede. Not to denigrate the divorce horror stories but I suspect it is bluepilled men who invite the lions share of divorce when their behavior turns off their spouse. You have to stay strong and not slump into a mediocre routine once you tie the knot and that’s very easy to do in a feminized and victim friendly country. I have loved GLO's posts for many many years but lately it does all seem to be about driving customers to his rehab centre. TL/DR: The red pill paradox is about sexual strategy in a world where sex is far too high a priority in society. Forget about chicks and focus on yourself is the way to get chicks. Enjoy the decline.

The problem is when male teenagers end up getting lumbered with a low value slut because they were stupid enough to get her pregnant. Hypersexualised kids means bad decisions when they shouldn't be thinking about making them. Ultimately this is down to a lack of authority but that's preaching to the choir here. Maybe that's one issue but, funnily enough the teaching profession knows that it is in dire need of more masculine qualities- especially when all hell is breaking loose around the school, as it invariably does. Still, you don't have to be much of a man to discipline kids My problem is that after becoming a teacher, I earned less than my wife. We all know how that turns out. It's great to be a teacher- extrememly rewarding but make sure you have a side hustle on the go before you start.

The sad blue pilled truth was of course that I was trained from childhood to think I didn’t deserve it. I blame superhero culture for that one (funnily enough). The idea that you can find some kind of magic pill/ radioactive lab/ kryptonite/ drug/ person that will make you 'special' and give you a purpose. Sure, you have to spend some time looking for your purpose- ie taking a risk by putting your phone down and leaving the house, but success is always 95% perspiration- there is no other way to achieve other than by turning up and putting the work in. I tend to stick with rowing these days but I've done all sorts from swimming through to weight lifting in the past. Without a doubt, if you want to build muscles then weight lifting is the way forward but, aesthetics aside, I'd say aerobics are much more important for a healthy, useful body. So, if you're after the chicks, lift- if you're doing it for yourself then keep your heart in good condition.

20 years ago I used to joke about my (many) jobs- saying that 95% of success is just turning up. These days I would say it's probably more like 96 or 97. It is so easy just to lunge it and that's the main reason why I would, even after all the contrary advice, focus on finding a job that you enjoy doing rather than making a career of just doing it for the money I'm also a big fan of that Randy Pausch quote: "If you want to know the secret of success then give me a call in my office at 10pm on a …

Oh don’t worry about me- I’m all good. The point was that there’s so many bitter, divorced women looking after their young sons. But sure it’s an odds game and the pill just puts the odds in your favour. In the end, it’s women who are the gatekeepers of sex- you just have a chance to win the game. Every dog has his day though and if instead you dgif, work on yourself and find something more interesting to do, chances are that chicks will come after you instead. Why retire early when you are having a great time making money? My old man retired at 50 (married to his second wife- no kids) and within a year or so he was back at work. The only difference was that he was doing something he actually liked in the end. There's the lesson: "Do a job you love- never work a day in your life."

Many of your habits were trailing indicators. The point never was to get chicks but they are an indicator that you are on the right track. The general points followed being: lift, take care of yourself. You did that. Society may have stolen your manhood a long time ago but it's great that you have it all back to the extent that you can flip them all a confident bird and make your own way. Nice.

No doubt a career in boxing takes it's toll. Still, you are definitely the first person who has shown concern for Floyd Mayweather in a bout with Logan Paul and for that I salute you. Now I must turn our attention back to the health of all those followers of Logan Paul who are killing their braincells in a far more sinister manner. My concern for the welfare of the Paul's victims far outweighs that for any problems Mr. Mayweather might have.

Interesting to compare the ideals of fight club to the realities of ‘fighting in an age of loneliness’. As you say, you train so you never have to use it yet it’s hard for people not to aspire to being winners in that arena too. The endgame is that, when you look after yourself and spend your time wisely, you got no time for chicks. Being ignored and negging means they are not wanted and that really seems to get that competitive motor running. The less you care, the more you get.

Gets tough sometimes: paranoia when shit testing, injury, illness, bad luck and money problems all manifest within days of each other. You don’t need an LTR to get complacent- but it helps! Either way you’ll get tested - test yourself first or get strapped in for hard mode.

Eternal desire for comfort, branch swinging, never being happy with how it is drives women to demand more from men- who either fight and win (or lose) in battle at home and abroad. Winners survive and mate, losers become subjugated and play a supporting role. The species as a whole progresses. I don’t like it but I see how it works.

Even girls who have good qualities still shit test you. The problem is not even with regular women, who behave just as they should by filling easy gaps and pushing men on into the trenches, while still instinctively keeping their own home life (or even family life) in order. The problem lies with the weak men who only connect with the moaning and complaining, blame themselves and fall down into the gutter wanting to be patched up and loved just like mummy didn’t. Sure, some chicks are genuinely …

Being able to deal with fear and anxiety has been useful. It all started when I found out that men aren’t all bad after all, it isn’t my fault and some people need to simply stfu. That helped a lot- meditation and going to the gym was good too but just channeling that energy where it should have been going all that time was a heavy burden lifted. If only I had known years ago.

95% is just turning up regularly but eventually you need goals and planning otherwise you’ll quit. Get a good routine going and the gym becomes interesting.

Belief is a powerful tool. It’s one of the things religion used to help us out with. You can put it to work still- trusting in yourself and the mystery of it all. I still ‘enjoy the decline’ but on a personal level, I know it leads to something better- even if that something is just evolution.

“Always looking forward a way to disqualify you.” - is the key point imo. Hard times make strong men. Life is hard if you want to be strong- facing up to adversity is how nature analyses us and thins us out. Adversity hits regardless of attractiveness. The worlds littered With nearly men anD their unrealized potential. The ones who gave up too easily despite having it all - because they didn’t realize it, didn’t respect it, couldn’t hold on to it and let it go. There’s a million good looking ‘nice guys’ with plenty of money, just dying to give it away to some worthy cause because they feel like they don’t deserve it / never earned it. Self image is in play here. Attractive is much more than tall and handsome. What you do and what you have, what you have made Of yourself overcomes a great deal. Sure, being handsome open doors but when those doors don’t open easily handsome doesn’t have the persistence to break the fucker down anyway because he’s never had to. Effort and persistence trumps handsome and they become very attractive in the trailing indicators, trappings of success.

DGAF is great from a position of power. When I was younger and consumed by anxiety issues, my insistence on DGAF stopped me from getting help And because of my inability to be able to calmly think things through, I ended up ‘feeling the fear and doing it anyway’ - putting myself in harmful and damaging situations Simply because I felt like a wimp not doing it. Just being sold another version of "Happily ever after". It's a shame the way so many guys are being educated to be lambs to the slaughter. I have many stories about guys getting their fingers burned from the years I lived in Thailand. You have to be higher status (ie culturally and materially richer than she is) - and that underlines the fact that this is, and always will be a business realationship. At the very best, she is a hooker- giving you service for money- done deal. At the worst she is going for the 'long con': getting married, having you buy her a house/ car/ buffalo, having children with you so that she has some cards to…

Nice work. Freedom/ alpha/ abundance sadly always has a limiting context. Or on the other side of the coin, "In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king." Speaking about fatherhood: I was watching some Japanese cartoon series with the kids last night (One Piece). Looking at the strange dubbing and subtitles they use, it occurred to me that ‘heart’, ’composure’, ‘bravery’ are pretty much synonymous with ‘frame’. Perhaps that’s already obvious to everyone here- but not ignorant me. I like refreshing perspectives on ideas so it’s actually good to get something out of a cartoon rather than just mindless pap. Anyway, not saying that anything from Japan…

That's bullshit. Check the porn stats. Men will watch and consequently fuck anything- there is a niche for all their perversions! Men are much more likely to settle for what they can get. Women have only one particular alpha style dream (there are no skinnyfat men sections in womens porn). Although they will take what they can get- for a paycheck, until they get the chance to branch swing higher.

A lot of top athletes kick sex into touch while training for an event. In the end it depends on where you want to have an edge in your life: girls, sports, business, spirituality, family. Great post- a real knuckle biter. It reminds me of the question, “would you rather be right or would you rather be happy?” And it makes it seem a little nonsensical with the answer clearly being that long term happiness stems from doing it right. Still, anyone who is not failing is someone who is not pushing themselves. As OP implies, the real crime is the bare minimum- being good at 1 thing and leaving it at that. I’m glad to report that I fail and struggle everyday and that makes me stronger. …

Hi, sure thing. Just to be clear, I think it’s a terrible show on a terrible channel with a terrible message. I am simply enjoying the cultural decline and see this as evidence pointing towards the way this whole god-awful pantomime is being stage-managed by the real alphas atop the tree in this brave new world. ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ is funny because you see the bride’s family come together and show a wonderful solidarity over how she should look on her wedding day- and that's about it. As mentioned (ad nauseum) here, video games can sometimes have benefits. People on this sub telling you that 'the tribe' they create is not real are blind are blind to the communication benefits and group building opportunities the internet has brought us- including this sub and it's associations with 'gaming' women. ' The modern man doesn't want to fight compete or struggle ' I'm not so sure about that. Deep down, it's what we were built to do while the mission makes us feel alive. Having fun is just the path we are led down when fighting, competing and struggling are being demonized. The alternative to overcoming a life of struggle should be preparation for overcoming a life of struggle rather than just taking it easy too often.

Successful fishing is not about the fish. It's about keeping your tackle in good order and making sure the hook is well baited. It helps to know where the fish are of course yet often without seeing, you simply cast out the line and wait patiently. Don't scare them-you have to let them come to you. And never strike until they're already sniffing around your worm- or even better when they alread have their lips around it.

Yeh- I went out on a limb a bit to gild the lily. I could try a nice swerve though: focus is the cornerstone of lifting and meditation and meditation is the cornerstone of focus. The implication is that meditation will improve your lifts so you’re gonna look even better. Do I get away with that? Thought not... :-) (Actually, it’s also more likely to get your organizational shit intact so you turn up for the iron more often.) Lucky if I can get an hour in each morning but I have not regretted it yet. I began just trying to see if I could manage an hour once a week a while ago. Great post. Trp is not Christian doctrine but ‘my enemy’s enemy is not my friend’ - I wouldn’t call it satanism- although the marketing department of the Catholic Church undoubtedly does. We also live in the crumbling remains of Christian society where that god is dead. It’s not strange that a new divinity replaces Him and His laws. That’s probably the most frightening part for anyone in the West. Personally I find Hinduism and Buddhism quite compatible too.

Love is pain. Your ability to live a life of love is also your ability to endure a world of hurt. edit: to clarify. If you love unconditionally you leave yourself open to experience the pain of love not returned. This is not to be confused with 'Nice Guy' syndrome where the love professed is only because you expect to get it paid back and is not really love at all.

Interestingly enough this IS the model for creating docile, compliant slave workers in the 21st century. Ouch. This is a well articulated, much needed post. The biggest problem with Trp is that it pretends to be all about sex and dating whereas the truth is that it is all about self development. The issue is big institutions who find it convenient to filter society by grades rather than getting to know them. I get the point but it means that many good people miss out because they don't fit the mould.

There's no argument if you have evidence they are wasting time in the job. That's why you praise effort - so nobody feels like getting away with slacking off is a virtue, as long as you get the job done in the end. Effort and work ethic are the keys to success
/r/TheRedPill28/07/18 07:05 AM

On the other hand, praising effort produces better students than praising results. Girls are just generally much easier to handle, more bookish and are less interested in physical activity. The issue is that employers are looking at grades, rather than people, for office work which does not require physical activity. Still, it is no surprise that a more feminised society doesn't cater well for boys. Fathers, once again, you cannot afford to be absent. Your sons desperately need good role models …

Honestly, I think feminism once stood for something good. Like every institution which has outlived it's usefulness, it has become rudderless, weak and vulnerable to those who would subvert it to use it as a tool if control. It's worked well. Big dynasties and true alpha males are able to use institutions of all kinds to kill off the competition. Successful beta societies are the aim, albeit that they require a small cost input to keep them running towards the lowest common denominator. It's a g…

I think the undertone of the red pill has always been to see the world for what it is rather than as how you are being told. Meditation is THE tool for this without a doubt. The issue with 2.0, living as an individual, becomes realising that all of our worlds' are ultimately different and then accepting that we must find many of our rules from within ourselves rather than using trp as a replacement for the Bible and leaving it at that. It never ends but it sure keeps life interesting!

Or men break out if the blue pill and start realising that sex as the end game is now a corruption and ultimately what enslaves us. There is a big industry relying on us staying teenage, spunky and blue pill. It seems kind of desperately short term to me but, as the result of psychology and as a replacement for hard paternalism and slavery, I understand this (failed) experiment. Indeed- thanks. From what I have seen in Malmö, the problem is mainly confined to immigrant on immigrant issues which the media does not report as Sweden needs to cheerleader it's integration policy. Sweden is very rule based and it's easy to step out of line. Rape is also defined differently as Julian Assange foundation out. Immigrants cause the lion's share of the problems because they haven't been socialised by the system, which is now creaking under the load.

Brilliant. Takeaway for me: find examples of commanding respect. I would also comment that trp gets men doing the right thing even if it is for the wrong reasons. The offer of sex gets them on the train and that may well be a good thing right now. In many ways it's the equivalent of 40 virgin's in heaven for a martyr, just less of a lie. I'm just thinking from the point of being sensible/ managing risk vs. 'carting your nuts in a wheelbarrow', which, although it shoulds Chad, is probably quite foolish. If it wasn't for the whole 'sexual strategy' thing they probably wouldn't even end up here in the first place (so I like the way this sub hooks 'em) but the issue is most definitely that they are still looking the other way- in denial over the dawning horror over their 'nice guy' beta behaviour and damaging blue pill relationships. Some will get the message and sta…

The heavy drinker has always been lauded in western society- certainly since Berne wrote Games people play in the really sixties. He cites it as one of the foundations for the ‘alcoholic’ game. We have been ‘educated’ to play some pretty degrading games. Check out ‘schleimel’- it’s the blueprint for bluepill. Again- documented in the sixties so anything dubious most likely implanted before then.

Physical contact is necessary as a last resort. In all other cars it is frustration on the part of the care giver and an indicator that they need to work harder on themselves- particularly with regards to patience and time management.

Imo zen deals with conscious awareness (context) while TRP gives you something to aim for (conscious attention). Being in control of these and being able to discriminate between the two is ‘sati’ ( powerful mindfulness). We learn to balance weight more effectively by adding weight to either side.

In the preface to ‘zen, the watercourse way’, real sadness was expressed by Alan’s co-writer towards his alcoholism. How he drank vodka excessively and especially before his talks. It’s better to see Alan Watts as a man, more than some kind of unreachable deity. The fact that even he had his own demons to work on shows just how far we can go if we continue to work on our own failings and become our best selves.

In a nutshell, Alan/ zen grounds you and let’s you know where you are coming from. That’s a great realization in itself. After many years ‘sitting quietly and letting the grass grow’, I realized I was being so supple, I was being bent over backwards and being a ‘nice guy’ about it. Hence the new awakenining into the red pill.

I can't decide if Alan/ zen is compatible with TRP or not. The zen part just allows things to be as they are and is not about pushing for what you need and self improvement- you are already perfect... my sweet prince...... bleargh. But on the other side of it, there is no doubt that Alan was one smooth talking motherfucker in the right place at the right time, perfectly placed in California during the 60's and no doubt knee deep in pussy and more plates than a pottery. Don't get me wrong though,…

Things are moving faster than ever right now. Old corporations are becoming obsolete and new institutions rise and fall like never before. It's all a very big and challenging mess for everyone. That underlines my point. TRP seems to be more about alpha hierarchy when you get into it - and that’s different from sexual strategy, which is what this subreddit (imo) is being held back by. It’s fun to be in your twenties and get the knack of scoring with women though- I get it, if that’s as far as you want to take it.

Yet another high quality inspirational / motivational post from TRP. I'm off to set up a few more PBs in the weight room. All you do when you stop competing is simply decide to give up. Feel free to lose for as long as you can live with it, then forgive those wasted years, get back on the winning road and don't look back. Hit life with gusto. It's never too late. The journey IS the destination, the goal IS the process, the effort IS the reward. Keep on pushing.

Nothing wrong with being frugal as a function of self discipline. The problem is when the scarcity mindset takes over or you are encouraged to be frugal because you are 'wasting the earth's resources' or some such- or not spending because you should save up to become one of those ridiculous pensioners who can hardly walk but feel the need to try and get in and out of a Porsche. I see monk mode and off grid as terms that I need to internalise while living with society as it is- but maybe that is sometimes hard to see until you have done it in isolation. The danger is when you isolate yourself running away from responsibility to yourself. I've seen too many ex-pats who isolated themselves way out of town with a whisky bottle for company. I totally agree with you- It is all about the balance between male and female. We are in the process of realising that the balance is skewed towards women in a big way (rather than men holding the lion's share and needing taken down). Hence the need for more 'fathering'. Men are important to a family and that's much more than just a penis in the house. Men have to reclaim their maleness and bring it to their family.

The most important experience in meditation is the disassociation between yourself and all things. They are not you and do not define you. You can define you. Having the mind as a tool rather than a master makes it useful. Ditto emotions- you can use them to sense. Meditation puts you in control rather than the drama they can create. It’s quite incredible.
