I have ADHD, a lot of my male friends have some form of ADD, ADHD, or ASD. And some teachers don't give a fuck. My old Spanish teacher used to mock kids with an IEP or 504 plan. He would insinuate that they were stupid and/or lazy. Then schools also started banning fidget "toys" thanks to the fidget spinner epidemic. We can't burn off any energy outside or in the gym, but we're also not even allowed to have something to even fidget with to help. The funnest part is that most of these schools ban…

Men, throughout history, have been told to keep their emotions to themselves. Only in recent years are we encouraging men to let those emotions out and now wives and girlfriends are crying about "emotional labor". They can vent and rant all they want a good husband is expected to listen, but God forbid a man do the same. I've noticed a lot of newer terms that are bullshit; "emotional labor", "therapy friend", "trauma dumping", and other similar terms typically used by women when they're talking …

A lot of things, but revenge, fame, money, and lack of responsibility are the biggies. Plus a lot of feminists misuse the word "rape". They'll deny that men can be forced to penetrate, but then say regretful sex or drunk sex is rape. Someone taking advantage of someone who's blackout drunk or using coercion is definitely classified as rape in my book, but you can't be a bit tipsy, have sex with someone, and cry rape because you regret it.

I mean, yes and no. Men did, so did women. But gender doesn't really matter when comes down to "who did it", class does. The rich royals, government leaders, and powerful religious leaders all saw commoners as fodder for their causes. The common men were workhorses and, when needed, warhorses. The common women were nothing but broodmares. Both obviously incredibly dehumanizing and sexist. But the rich and powerful never had to worry about a day in the mines or battling in war. They could sit com…

Edit: typos and fixed the link Honestly if I'm working 8-10 hours a day and I come home to someone who is home all day yet still expects me to cook and clean I'm leaving. Breadwinners work for an income, homemakers work to care for the house those who live there. It's a 50/50 arrangement. Both are different types of work that each partner is supposed to do. And both come with responsibilities. The breadwinner must pay the rent, bills, buy groceries, etc and even give the homemaker an allowance (…

Do you have you're own subreddit? I like that your content is both MRA and left-wing.

Yeah, I'm not leaving. If the mods don't want to work under Reddit anymore then they should pass on the touch.

I feel like the community name is way too broad and attracts ALL men including feminists and conservatives Bingo. As a trans man I don't want to here hear my rights and existence debated by feminists and conservatives. And OP's response of basically "that's what we want!" doesn't give me much hope. I vote for this sub going private or NSFW.

Touching without consent. There was this one girl who asked her guy friend to feel me up as a "joke". When I confronted her on it she just giggled to her friends. Imagine what would've happened to me if I had done the same to her?

Bingo! Don't get me wrong, there are other elements and factors, but there just isn't anywhere for the vast majority of homeless people to go because they're men or male-presenting (pre-transition/non-passing trans women).

If you're already married but divorced, all the questions apply to remarriage.

You know, it is interesting, after transitioning (FtM) I've definitely felt the need to be more "competitive" with other men in order to gain respect. It seems our whole identity relies on what women think of us. Am I strong enough? Am I too short? Do I make enough money? And so on. I'm bisexual, I don't even exclusively like women, but as a man, society expects me to cater towards female desire.

Reading this made me ill. Even in death, the government has done nothing. I'm a trans man who went through abuse and suicidal thoughts (ETA: abuse done by a woman). I live in the US and the only options I had were a suicide hotline that would call the police on you, therapists who I couldn't connect with, LGBT+ support groups that were ran by women, and support groups that were just for women. My transition and passing meant I wasn't allowed to be sad. "You are a man and now pass as a man. You h…

As a trans man, I remember when I started dressing masculinely I was told by feminists that I have "internalized misogyny". And when I started passing and didn't want anything to do with dresses and makeup and wanted to grill, lift weights, and box I was told I have "toxic masculinity".

Yeah, I feel you. As a trans man I am so sick of hearing pre-T trans boys rant about how ugly bottom growth and body hair is. LGBT+ spaces have been taken over by feminists, and thus masculinity and masculine features are seen in a negative light. I've seen to many LGBT+ spaces that either exclude all men (including queer men) or spaces that only exclude cis men (so trans men aren't seen as men). Hell, I've seen people shit on butch lesbians because of their masculinity and they're WOMEN. If you…

That titled document is so emasculating too. It's like saying "men can't experience violence unless they're sissies." This is one reason why men don't report.

I don't mind at all! I actually like that I've seen both sides of the "gender fence", it has really opened up my eyes.

The biological thing is definitely true. I'm a trans man, I started testosterone just 5 months ago. My attention span is shot, I've got a lot more energy, and I'm more impulsive. I do think this will die down eventually, but I'm essentially going through a male puberty. It makes sense why boys are the ones always getting in trouble for disrupting class, it makes sense why they struggle to keep their grades up, why they have a hard time focusing. They're put on pills like Adderall and Ritalin to …

Replace the word "man" with any other group of people and she'd be labelled a Nazi. Crazy how people can advocate for the literal death of an entire population of people and call it "progress".

As long as men are allowed to be masculine, I think we should also allowed to be androgynous, feminine, and/or non-conforming if some of us desire that. That's part of male rights I think. Men are forced into extreme roles. If we're masculine, we're demonized. If we're feminine, we're seen as lesser men. Personally, I enjoy masculinity and have no desire to stray from that. But I think part of men's rights should include our freedom to be who we are without the scorn of society. However, I highl…

May I ask (purely out of curiosity since I'm still learning), what's wrong with male gender non-conformity? Do you mean men being forced to be gender non-conforming or do you not like any men being gender non-conforming?

Trans man here! This sub is very hit or miss. A lot of ignorance (and sometimes even transphobia) surrounding trans people. 1: It's not a choice. I didn't choose to be trans, it's just how I was born. (Look at the cost of trans healthcare, look at the hundreds of anti-trans laws being made and passed, and look at the hate crime rates. Nobody chooses to be trans. I'd much rather be a cis woman. But that's not who I am). 2: I do experience the same treatment cis men face on a day-to-day basis now …

I'm a trans man who's 5'1-2" and it's hell. Everybody I meet has to bring it up like I don't own a mirror, I'm infantilized, and treated like I'm lesser than. And everytime I try to overcome my insecurity surrounding my height people just keep teasing me about it. There's this one girl I know that would say "hey shorty" everytime she saw me despite me asking her to stop. She ignored me and said I was being sensitive, she's a bigger girl so I said "hey fatty" once and she lost her shit on me. Sai…

I'm a trans man (FtM) and I've been sexually harassed more as a man than as a woman. Women just think it's acceptable to ask invasive questions and touch you without asking. And if I swat their hands away or push them away suddenly I'm an aggressive man. They The way I've heard female relatives talk about young men is just as bad as what I've heard male relatives talk about young women: "If I was a few years younger-" kind of shit. I remember my grandma taking me out to dinner and she was gettin…
