Actually I auto sell my RSUs and move them into my robo trading accounts. I have a very pessimistic view on my company. The company has great growth, but I personally feel anything can make it slash, so I don't want to keep that many eggs in one basket. 401k sits at around 200k right now. Unvested stocks are not included, correct. 400k in real estate equity, and the rest in stocks.

If you're in for the long haul, a bubble shouldn't be too big of a concern. I would really just avoid equity-based real estate investments. The only reason why I invested in rental real estate in commiefornia despite inflated land prices was because I wanted to learn how to be a real estate investor with hands on experience. I am still prepared if the housing market crashes here again.

Real estate investing I got into by watching the Biggerpockets podcast. The hardest step is just getting started and buying a home. Robo trading is basically like having a mutual fund, but it's managed by a robot instead. Wealthfront and Betterment are the ones I'm familiar with.

Nothing special in particular. Just save most of it and invest. I invest half in real estate (ignoring equity appreciation I only earn about 5% interest YoY from what I invest in rental income; but this is more of preparation for retirement. I intend to retire and live off rental income) and half in robo trading (so far I historically earned about 25% YoY from this). I only keep around 20k in my checking account for everyday use/emergencies. Then let compound interest take control.
