11	Fuck it To further add, Jiu jitsu has done the same for myself. I think one of the best aspects it offers is repeatedly putting you in horrible situations day after day - especially in your first few years of training. You start to get conditioned by it and it benefits you in a couple of ways. Either you get tapped out and start over, which teaches you you are able to endure a lot of shit and survive.
