1	How do I escalate with my co-worker, and is it possible? I think the biggest factor you have to face is your current mood during the instant in your mind you want to ask her out. Let me explain. It's just another day, you see her and she makes you smile and feel good and all and you're like "yeah I want her". Same bullshit probably since you've seen her.
