I miss when feminism was actually cool and fought for actual women's issues instead of being a collective of bitter first world whales

Being brash and unapologetic isn't the same as reciprocating hate. We shouldn't devolve into seeing people who fight for women as the opposition. So many feminists see us as the opposition because they see men as their enemies. I'm all for being loud and proud about our fight, but I stopped calling myself a feminist because of how feminists talk about men so who's to say that women who sympathize with us won't do the same if we start shit talking women?

If anything, that would make it easier for him. Showing people that you are smarter and morally superior to your opposition will get people to side with you. Everything you just said makes doing that easier. The dumber and douchier we act, the less people will want to associate with us.

It seemed to work pretty well for MLK. Why would we want to act the same way as the people we don't like. That would make us a bunch of pathetic hypocrites.

What the fuck. If you swap men with "black people" this sounds like a Klan program.

I don't know, it is a little weird. It's not our place to judge other people's choices, but it's not a bad idea to keep your eyes peeled for signs of abuse.

This is standard for people who are abusive or violent. I mean, the columbine shooters were the victims of bullying, and Ed Kemper was verbally abused by his mother all his life and he murdered her and a bunch of teen girls.

No dude, we don't. For basically most of history women have been second class, so it's fair that they get a month in the spotlight. Superficial shit like this makes us look like jokes, there are much bigger issues we should prioritize. Don't allow yourself to develop a bias against the women's rights movement as a whole because of how it's gotten shitty these days. For a long time it was very necessary, and in lots of ways it still is. We need to be the bigger people and embrace gender equality …

I've had grown women act creepy. No attempted groping or anything but they've leered, made comments, and one touched my knee for longer than I think was strictly necessary.

I doubt it for the majority of feminists, even some of the crazies. But I bet there are some that would consider it a win.

That's just toxicity though, it has nothing to do with masculinity because it can happen to any aspect of any thing. And as I said repeatedly masculinity and femininity are basically superficial.

The men's rights movement talks about men's rights, it's only fair women's rights groups talk about women's rights. The only problem is that modern feminists demonize men for just for being men. As long as they acknowledge men's issues instead of denying them who cares if they focused on women's issues.

Dude I literally just agreed with you. Either you're dim or a troll. Maybe just 1, or 1&2. Either way, ttyl homie g I'mma meet up with my homies Grognak and Org to raid and steal the virgins from the next village over so we can flex our muscles at them.

Did I ever say wars didn't have anything to do with resources or territory? No. I said they have nothing to do with getting laid.
/r/MensRights24/09/20 09:52 PM

I don't think modern wars have anything to do with capturing coochie, and food and land don't have anything with the male desire to smash, and what happened to your saying men have some inate desire to enslave other people. I'm not seeing anything saying men love to enslave. PS: that article also talks about fking chimps, it's more about primative instinct to survive than sexism.

Just because I disagree with you doesn't mean I don't understand where you're coming from. You're ignorant and you're sexist, that's what I see. I really don't care if men commit the most rapes, the amount doesn't matter, even if there was only one male rape victim he would matter just as much as every female victim, and his rapist would be just as evil as any male rapist. Gender is irrelevant, abuse is abuse. And dude, I read your wiki page, but it's literally a hypothesis and therefore not con…

Very valid point, nonetheless there are no excuses for pedos who give in, they deserve everything that comes their way.

Then you're an asshole and the reason why feminism is necessary. If you're using men's rights as an excuse to trash on women then you're no different than dipshit radfems that ruined feminism by hating men.

You do understand I countered literally everything you just said. Even if men aren't expressive with their emotions doesn't mean they bottle them up. Assuming just because men don't always express emotion the same way women do they bottle it up is ignorant and sexist. Sexual entitlement isn't a toxic masculine trait. It is a toxic trait. Women are just as capable of that as men. And what does masculinity have to do with going to war or invading nations, nothing, you just have no clue what you ar…

I disagree. 1st and 2nd wave feminism were necessary, nobody who's serious about gender equality can deny, that. Both men and women supported the movements and got along. Any radfems were a minority. It's just modern feminism that seems to have gone toxic. I still consider myself a feminist in the classical sense of wanting equality for women, in that sense I think we all are, however I wouldn't call myself a feminist in a sense that aligns me with the current iteration of feminism (3rd wave). S…

Really all there needs to be is pedophile and nonoffending pedophile. Someone who fights the urge to give in and seeks treatment should be held to the highest honor. But someone who would do something so evil to a child isn't a human being, they're a monster. As unfortunate as it is that they were born that is, nobody deserves to suffer because of someone else's problem, least of all a child.

Part of valuing equal rights (are we not, when it is boiled down, equal rights activists?) for men is valuing equal rights in general. Calling out the bad things men do/have done isn't throwing men under the bus. It goes to show that not all men stand idly by when sexism, directed at either gender, rears it's head. This isn't a battle of the sexes, it's a battle against sexism, we just happen to focus on men that doesn't mean we forget about women.

All those idiots are just seeing "oh she is mildly attractive, I'd have sex with her," and not the whole story. Even if the kid was all "hell yeah I banged the teach" at the time, in the future he'll probably start feeling disgusted by it. In all likelihood she took advantage of him using her position of power and that 14yr olds are fucking stupid. And maybe in movies kids congratulate eachother for smashing teachers, but in real life this kid's probably getting bullied.
