If she "likely won't" serve any time in jail, then how much of a "stretch" is it for the title to note she "won't spend a single day in jail"? There's no clean method. If you've got the cash, pull a Cristiano Ronaldo and pay someone to have your kids as a surrogate, so that you're the sole legal guardian. Then make sure the women you date are 100% OK with maintaining a separate domicile for the duration of your relationship and with not parenting your children. It's not ideal, of course, and difficult and expensive to do, but there's really not much you can do when prenups are so sketchy.
