1	A Man's Guide to Conquering Acne I’m 15, and so my skin is much more prone to acne because of the hormones, boosts in testosterone, etc...but my acne was a 4 on the list; it was horrible, and no topical treatments would work. I’ve been on Accutane for 5 months now, about to start my 6th (and final) month. I started the first month with one 30mg pill a day. Then they bumped it up to two 30mg a day and I’ve been sitting at that for the past months. The difference it’s made has been amazing.
