Once these women got from the men what they need (two different kinds of green paper) they will drop them like the dead weight they are to them

Just because she locks down BB doesn't mean the wall is soft. There will be BB at ANY age. The wall is just refers to the age where a woman realized no AF is committing to her.

I think AWALT generally means that the nature is always there. If you hold yourself in a relationship like you do, this obviously isn't happening because she's getting fulfilment. However this nature arises when you start to lose frame and become beta. Most women lack the strength to break up but cheating is so easy. As long as you hold frame you shouldn't be afraid of her cheating, that's not what AWALT means.

Reminds me of a thread in the relationship subreddit some some time ago. A guy found out his gf lied about being raped (before the relationship) and was confused why. The top comment was that it didn't matter, because she chose to identify as a rape victim, to which the actual act is not relevant. Which seems kind of silly because I actually figured being raped makes you a rape victim.

The cold shower thing is mentioned often but without evidence.

For the one millionth time, you don't need to get married to have kids. On the other hand, don't adopt either. You're either going to raise Stacey's baby Chad put in her when she was 17, or Jamal's rape baby from sub Saharan somewhere. No reason to have kids other than to distribute your own genes.

This us true, however they did specifically ask for more/less attractive than average, not just attractive/unattractive

Be glad she had the guts to break up. Plenty of women just stay in a relationship because it's comfortable and get their AF on the side.

The best you can do is just not get married

All I'm reading are situations that are irrelevant to marriage. Of course you set the example but you don't need to get married to do so.

So you're stuck together because you can't afford to leave? Seems like a great deal.

Eh no. An unmarried woman will always know that if you get bored of her you can just bail. Kids make this more unlikely of course but at least you get your stuff back. So she'll stay on top of her game as well because she knows you can just get up and leave. A married woman can get fat, lazy, sexually inactive or indifferent and you have no foot to stand on. What are you gonna do, leave her and lose your cash + pay alimony? Yeah no you aren't. Marriage is the ultimate shit test, and the fact tha…

The family argument is brought up so many times and makes so little sense. You can be a family without a marriage. You can have kids and stay together forever. There is no benefit at all. Glad it works for you, but it's kind of like saying you 'won' a game of Russian roulette and that you're happy you did it. The strongest and final argument against marriage is that there are no benefits, at all

If he signed that birth certificate I have no sympathy at all. Best he can do now is cash out his bank account, cash out a few credit cards to max and go live somewhere in the woods.

Actually where I live that's literally 1000 hookers. That's a different hooker every week for 20 years.

It doesn't matter who is paying for it. A woman who thinks it's acceptable to spend that much of anyone's money on a single party is crazy.

Is there any research on how much men want to spend on a wedding vs how much women think is acceptable?

So how is child support and custody battles a worse deal than child support, custody battles, alimony + losing half your cash?

Still, you can do all of that without getting married. I'm personally against marriage but not against LTR or kids.

He's right though. You might say "yeah but the things are what they are and they're real". Think about our eyes: we only see light with wavelengths of 200 - 700 nanometers. That is fucking nothing if you consider that it stretches from almost zero all the way into infinity. All around you there's so much going on and all we see of it is what our brains manages to distill out of it. Your life is a series of pulses in your brain. Your life is not inherently different from that of a blowfish. It ju…

The idea is to stop thinking that any number of anything ever defines your greatness. The next step is to realize that greatness is still a derivate of what people think of you so ditch that too.

There are no rules for life other than eat, sleep, breathe, and survive. The rest is completely made up. That was pretty hard hitting. It seems so obvious yet we struggle so much and care so much about what others think of our lives. Personally, this is something I have yet to internalize. I need to feel with every cell of my brain that nothing I do matters and one day I'll be dead and forgotten and that is the ultimate freedom you can get.

Think of the situation as all factions in front of a canyon and they need to cross. PUA just goes for the jump without much though, misses, breaks a bone and keeps trying until he either makes it or runs out of bones to break and remains still on the same side, but now completely broken. MRA whines that there is a canyon and sits on one side whining like a bitch. MTGOW says there's no way he can make it and the risk is too large. He turns around and does something else. TRP looks around a bit, q…

I've done some research and it's no significant numbers. Couple hundred per year in most cases, you can even end up losing money if you both make good. Basically good situations are one high earning partner with a SAHM. Even then it's just not worth it in any way.

Nobody will think you're weird. If anything they'll have respect you got a woman to stay at your side without marrying her.

If you want to be parents you can be so without being married. You can be happily ever after without the government insuring it to her with your money. And now out come the hordes of married male hamsters "no woman will settle for that", " good luck finding a woman agreeing" etc. All bullshit. I'm in a LTR and my gf is completely OK with not getting married. You just need to call it from the start. You can't say after 5 years oh btw I'm never marrying you. And now that we're there, I do plan on …
