Find communities that share the same interest like you (business clubs etc.). Make new friendships in there (it’s fairly easy if you’re not a dickhead because you already have things in common) and start hanging out with them and you will probably meet a lot of women through that kind of things

That means that you didn’t escalate things (going for the kiss, flirting etc.) or they just don’t feel the same interest like you do. Maybe you’re too nice or unattractive to them and they just don’t want to spend more time with you because you don’t make their pussy wet. Just find a common interest if you don’t want to be totally direct, even though the latter would maybe be even more appropriate. Go to her, talk to her, because it’s a win-win situation. If she responds positively, great, you can ask her out on a date, if not, great, you know it won’t go anywhere and you can move on.
