From my experience as an 18 year old, whenever I get a match I hit the girl up and try to get there snap or #. I try to set up a date but it always ends up with them saying maybe and me realizing they want attention and me ghosting them. They then try to send me snaps for attention and I block them.

My body fat percentage at the time of my water fasting was 25-29%. now I am 15%. And yes you do lose muscle mass if you do not take in enough protein to maintain it lol.
