1	Teenager who twice accused man of rape to get to resit an exam is given two years in prison. You put too much emphasis on the impact when it should be put on the intent. Why do you think people are punished when they try to kill somebody, even if they fail and don't even hurt the other person? She tried to get a guy in jail for rape, she'll get punished for that, but is not nearly as bad as trying and succeeding in raping somebody. She did something fucked up, she got jail time appropriate to her actions. She shouldn't pay for what the rest of us do or don't do. That's a problem with a society that lets an accusation make up their mind instead of waiting for a conviction, fuelled by the view-hungry media that takes accusations like they were charges because it brings more revenue. The fact that society causes that doesn't mean the perpetrator of the lie should pay a harsher sentence. 26	Mom admits to killing 3 young sons so that her daughter could have more attention - despite the previous deaths, a judge had returned the third son to her custody just 6 days before he was killed "Jesus christ" was my exact reaction to that comment. There's also a reply that says that since the victims were only males, it has to be a feminist-driven crime. What the fuck is wrong with this subreddit, they are worse than the the idea of the feminist they have. This is the comment I'm referring to: So a woman killed only males and no females, but its not possible its motivated by feminism?
