My LTR has a net worth that is nearly 1000x mine. Yes, I married her. It can be a challenge in many ways, despite the obvious benefits. Ultimately it comes down to frame in my opinion. And in my case, dread. I'm very desirable to other women and she knows it. There is a balance of power that must be maintained or she could lose respect for you. Good luck!

My new bride is a self made CEO with an 8-figure net worth that is many multiples of mine. She is submissive and likes to be dominated. At work she is a ruthless feminine alpha...if there is such a thing. She has moments, surely more than your typical female, where she is insanely logical and fact-based. But she is a woman and is ruled by her emotions more than she realizes or would ever admit.

This is why I posted here instead of legal advice. Your comment honestly helps me see things more clearly. My attorney (female) has maybe goaded me into this. I take responsibility tho.

Will do. It might be over anyway. I've already decided to delay the wedding. And like I said, she is pretty upset. It was always going to be a risky dynamic, but it was working well for us. Until it wasn't... If it ends, I'm good. Just get a few plates going to drown my sorrows and move on. I'd be lying if I said it was going to be easy though.

This very much sums up my stance, and why I've dug in my heels so far. I will admit though that I'm contemplating folding on the lump sum, as there are some other terms and conditions I have suggested changing. Thanks much for the thoughtful reply.....it really helped.

She can help me with my mission in many ways. We are in the same industry. She already has put me in touch with decision makers as I look for a new job. If you knew me 3 years ago at my absolute worst, you might see this differently, too. I was a fat, sedentary, worthless, unemployed fuck. Then started my transformation and here I am today. She is lucky to have me. For real. Thanks for the advice...

She is 46 and I am 48. I'm very attracted to her, and we have a great sex life, but she is no spring chicken. I am extremely well-built, and physically desirable, by women have my age. That is not a humblebrag, it is the truth. I posted my transformation story on here a while back, but eventually deleted it. She is proud to be on my arm.

Sometimes wealthy people are the most stingy. She is completely self-made and grew up dirt poor. So she is objecting to this on principle, even though she can obviously afford it without a second thought.

I like to say after 1 month, you notice. After 2 months, your friends and family notice. After 3 months, everyone notices. But guess what? The trick is to keep going, just be better every day than you were the day before. It can really add up. This is my 2.5 year transformation...(I've shared this before, but seemed relevant) 48/M https://imgur.com/a/VsI7r6E

Good point, except she will probably tell my 8yo daughter that "Daddy won't let you stay with me anymore". I guess I'll just deal with that if I have to.

I have to be honest and say that I doubt you are going to full depth on your squats to get 315x3. That is a huge number for someone that only benches 140, plus you have a pretty high body fat percentage and don't weigh very much to begin with. I say this as somebody who doesn't care what I look like in the gym, or how much weight I am pushing up. I obsess over my form and volume, and just make sure that I don't injure myself. Added strength will come over time...
/r/MarriedRedPill27/04/18 07:32 PM
1

Also should mention I'm 47/M. I don't do barbell bench. My working weight with dumbbells is 80's currently for 3x10, so not a monster by any stretch. Squats before my groin started yelling at me was 245 for 3x5. Again pretty pedestrian, but strength isn't my goal. Congrats on your progress! What are your lifts?

I recently did a dexa scan, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I am 6 ft 3 in tall and 205 lb, and it measured my body fat at 9.2%. I would recommend it to anyone to get their Baseline measured, as OP did here, and then go back every 6 months or something to measure their progress. The same way I tell anyone aspiring to begin a transformation to take a bunch of terrible pictures of themselves to serve as their before pics. My waist has gone from a 46 to a 34 over the past two years, and I …

Awesome on the IF! And thanks for the kind words. Yeah dinner, there's just a few minutes of discomfort around dinner time unless I'm adequately distracted. So playing basketball at dinner time is much easier than cooking an awesome meal for my kids and just watching them eat it lol. I also have a theory on skipping dinner...it makes me want to go to bed as early as possible (usually by 9:30) to avoid being awake and hungry. Late night snacking used to be a real problem for me. And it makes it e…

TRT checking in. Agree that "women can smell it" in ways not completely explained by improved physical appearance and more confident behavior (both of which also result from higher T). Apparently there's actually some science to support this. Some quantum shit or something lol I dunno if an alpha can have lower T or not, but based on my experience, having higher T improves the odds substantially. I also browse the off topic thread on Steroids subreddit. I wonder how those guys "feel" with T leve…

Thanks man! I've heard of MK-677 and started to look into SARMS at one point, but I can't really give you an educated opinion. That said, my understanding is it is cheaper than HGH.

Nah it's all good man. I think I have something in common with most of the people here, even if they don't agree with me on everything. I could post this exact same story over on the steroids subreddit, and guess what? Some of them would shit all over me for being a red piller LOL. And I wouldn't be butthurt about that either.

I would certainly expect to lose some muscle mass and probably my body fat to creep back up too. I'm far more concerned about the mental and sexual side affects if/when I taper off.

I'm sure if I had a coach I could be doing alot better. At first I had shoulder problems, probably due mostly to bad form. I learned to retract my scapula, and eventually dropped barbell presses for dumbbells, plus a ton of stretching and lat raise volume and other stuff. Now my shoulders are my strong suit. Been battling elbow tendenitis for a while now, and playing basketball has my groin hurting near constantly. Still trying to figure those two out. Always working around something it seems...…

It is theoretically the high of of the normal range, but more typical for a healthy 20-something male. There are men my age too, in this thread apparently, that have higher levels than this naturally. It took me a while to get my doage dialed n, but I'm happy with my results, and not having to be on an AI.

OP here. Your T levels are higher than mine post-TRT lol

That's only what iDXA scan told me. I had heard that was the best available method to accurately test. Better than water displacement supposedly. Are you aware of a better testing method?

OP here. I was around 250 as I recall, but I don't remember for sure. It was "low" and I had plenty of symptoms of Low T. I had dropped 50 pounds by then and was living a healthier lifestyle, but was still addicted to Paxil and Skoal.
/r/MarriedRedPill16/04/18 03:20 PM

OP here... I made every effort to be honest in my post so it would speak for itself. I knew it would be polarizing because of PEDs. I'll admit I'm looking forward to hearing from you guys and I welcome your honest thoughts and opinions, even if you don't agree with my methods. I've been a fairly quiet lurker here for over a year now..

It's both. I'm insanely active. Obsessively so probably. Maybe even to an unhealthy degree, who knows. But I lift six days a week and do other activities in the evening several days a week as well... The HRT gives me some of the energy to do that, and surely helps me recover from it too.

Yeah unfortunately I've allowed myself to get into a couple of arguments with her recently. I said some brutal shit that was of course true, but is only coming back to make things harder for me. I need to get back to that cool respectable distance, and I do try to keep things on text. She has 40K unread emails, and already misses all kinds of important kid-related stuff, so unfortunately that's not an option for me....so annoying. I almost never drink. TRT and HGH are through a men's health clinic and I'm very happy with the quality, convenience, and legality lol. From what I understand, GPs can be pretty uneducated on hormone therapy, so that's why I went the men's clinic route, plus mine in particular is very conveniently located, important since I'm there once a week for my TRT and HCG shots. The HGH in particular is quite expensive. I think it is about $8K per year. HGH has to be refidgerated and is sensitive to being…

My settings were a bar and a gym. But I'm guessing you mainly need to find the right photographer, and they should know the good spots in your town. Make sure to look at their work, they'll usually have an Instagram or something. It's very common these days for photographers to shoot profile pics, so ask very directly about their ideas. And you just have to get past the awkwardness of what you're doing. My photoshoots were in public places with other people around lol. So so worth it though.

Well HGH helped me get lean, which makes my jawline more pronounced. And I do think TRT has made my jawline "stronger". But maybe that's a placebo...

We were married 18 years, had four kids, but had grown apart. I was typically beta AFC, but nothing like I was at my worst. That came after the divorce. I caught her cheating, and left immediately. I had cheated too, but never got caught. We have been divorced for 7+ years now, and I don't have to pay child support or alimony anymore because of an inheritance she got. She was a SAHM when we were married, and is set for life with her inheritance and so doesn't work still. We got along great for t…

I started it because I was experiencing symptoms of Low T, specifically very low libido. All the other benefits are pretty great though, and added to the motivation.

Yeah women were a result of everything else I did. I didn't feel like going into details and field reports or whatever. If your SMV is high enough, it will happen for you. It's that simple.

Yeah I don't need anything cut off, just some skin around my midsection that's pretty common at my age. Fingers crossed the HGH and/or IF autophagy keep doing work on it though.

The TRT helps with recovery for sure, but I do love living an active lifestyle. It's fun. I have plenty of downtime still though. And sometimes my schedule will force a rest day here and there.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/18 10:28 PM

I pretty much decided to go for trt before I even had my blood tests, just because I knew I was having the symptoms of low T. I think my starting levels ended up getting measured at around 250 though, but I can't remember for sure.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/18 07:21 PM

For me honestly, I think the HGH is what finally did it. I was wanting a six pack for a long time too. I do also think intermittent fasting helps immensely.

I read pretty voraciously, but your point about the gym is still fair enough. Always have. Mostly non-fiction, and especially history. I like to listen to audiobooks when I workout sometimes as well, though I'll admit I prefer the Joe Rogan podcast if new content is available.

We had grown apart, but she got caught cheating first (I cheated too of course), and I left immediately. 18 years married. No regrets.
/r/TheRedPill14/04/18 02:48 AM

I pretty much did my research and decided I wanted to try it, but I did have the symptoms of Low T, and my levels were lowish. But I wanted to optimize things, not just get back to normal for my age I'd say I have the levels of a peak mid-20's male. I think your concerns on protein intake are misplaced. Do you have an article on that? Check out the Leangains and intermittent fasting subreddit for sure.

Are you me? Lol sounds like we are on similar paths for sure. Life is so much better right?
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 10:48 PM

Libido was a joke on SSRIs. Apathy reigned in all the things. It came back when I lost the weight, and really revved up with TRT.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 10:46 PM
1

I think I'm in ketosis towards the end of my daily fasts, but I've never tested to be sure. The literature says I should be though. Been wanting to test that and for for sure.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 10:45 PM

Just to keep it simple, I agree with all the advice on here to just lift. It's a great place to start. It is completely within your control, and pretty cheap. There's no excuse not to do it. And it's a great launching pad for other life gains, which I described in my post.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:56 PM

Maybe I'll just keep trying to improve then LOL

/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:36 PM
2

The way I describe it, is as you get older the treadmill speeds up, so you have to work harder for the same gains as someone younger. The deck is more and more stacked against you as you get older. That's a fact. Hopefully it's not pointless as you say, but who am I to say differently.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:26 PM

Thanks man, I will give this a shot
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:24 PM

As for getting friends, I would just say do things you enjoy, and you will meet people you have things in common with. Get out of the house for sure!
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:23 PM

As for loose skin, I have a tiny little bit around my waist that can be seen at certain angles. I am very hopeful that intermittent fasting and autophagy in particular well help kill that last little bit of unneeded skin. I think maybe the HGH helps with that as well.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:20 PM
1

Thanks brother! I'm going to have to read the Obesity code, I have just read a bunch of his articles, and seen a couple of videos. I will say that I have a job with an unbelievable work-life balance right now. I manage a team of people all over the world, so I can do that from pretty much anywhere, including the gym lol. However, I am needing to leave this job for greener pastures and I know it will be more difficult for me to get in my time at the gym when I do so.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:19 PM

Yes, I might be obsessed with the gym. And doing lots of activities on top of that.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:13 PM

I agree with you 100% brother. Cheers!
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:06 PM

Haha thanks for the compliment there at the end bro. Just joking around, but I did try to be pretty honest in my post. I'm not here to argue with anyone, but I agree with the guys who are saying I am not on a very high dose. That's true. You also have a valid point, that I would not be where I am today without it. Again, I tried to admit to that pretty openly in my post. But don't discount my hard work, that's well-documented too.
/r/TheRedPill13/04/18 09:02 PM

She knows I'm out of her league now and is filled with blinding raging jealousy of my new girlfriend, who is extremely high status. I try to keep things civil since we are co-parenting 4 school age kids, but she's kinda toxic and it's hard.

There is a little bit of sag right around my hips, but I don't post those pictures LOL. Part of my hope too is that autophagy from intermittent fasting will help my skin get tighter as well

When I am fasting, I only have water, nothing else. I am only fasting for 16 hours at a time on average though. If I was doing multi-day fast, I am pretty sure I would need to add some salt and other vitamins and minerals.

Thanks man. I am trying to be fully upfront with everything that I do, let me know what kind of advice you think I should be careful of here. Honest feedback welcome. I am definitely pretty enthusiastic that guys my age should be looking into trt. No doubt about that.
/r/TheRedPill12/04/18 09:41 PM

I'm just gonna say several thousand per year and leave it at that. I can afford it, but I still don't want to know how much cheaper I could be getting it underground lol.
/r/TheRedPill12/04/18 05:42 PM
1

Yes, I am on pharma quality script from a local Men's Clinic. 2 IUs daily. I think going underground for HGH is a bit riskier, because it has to be refrigerated, and takes a long time to have noticeable effects. So you could get ripped off, and not even know it for months.

She has already taken me on several trips and spent loads of cash on dinners and gifts. I really do like her though, it's not about the money, but I'm trying to make sure my judgement isn't being clouded.

I didn't know he was on HGH for sure, but I suspected it. Do you have a link? I've only seen him talk about TRT.

I need to make a career change big time. I'm completely certain it will serve me well in job interviews. I definitely get a very high level of respect from anyone in my physical presence, and people that I know personally. All the things you'd expect. I also have the confidence and willingness to try something on my own. Something I'm thinking hard about. Thank you for the compliment!

That's great man. Everybody has a different path....If you are killing it Natty that's fantastic. I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be fat or obese myself regardless, but hormone therapy definitely gets me better results from the work I put in. Cheers!

Diet is like 90% of it if you are needing to lose a bunch of weight. For me the weight started melting off once I got my diet on point. But I was lifting hard too....

Rhonda Patrick is so awesome. I first heard about IF from her when she was on Joe Rogan. I've done lots of research into autophagy, which is what you're talking about. So I personally believe IF may help prevent cancer.... though perhaps not scientifically proven. There are risks with both TRT and HGH for sure. I try to stay abreast of the latest info on them best I can, keep my doses low enough to not be excessive, and get my blood work done every three months. But there are still risks. To me …

I was already well on my way down the improvement path before starting TRT. I had already dropped 50 lbs, and achieved very noticeable progress. But my results would be less dramatic for sure absent TRT and HGH. No doubt. I'm not sure I'd ever be able to achieve 9.2% body fat without that assistance. I'd assume that's almost stating the obvious.

Yes I had my levels tested, and they were low but not super low for someone my age as I recall. More importantly, I had the symptoms of Low T. Low libido, low energy levels, etc. I did my research and decided I wanted to give it a shot. Very glad I did. Added in HGH a few months later and very happy with that as well. Always doing my research on risks of long term use etc. And getting my blood work done regularly. The main risks I see right now are associated with stopping. That would be unpleas…

I am 6'3" and 205 lbs. Lifting wise I focus on volume and form, and not hurting myself, more than worrying about strength. I don't do anything to failure. My working weight on dumbbell bench is 80's usually. I have a groin issue holding back my squats, but working weight was about 245 when healthy. I don't do DL anymore due to a hamstring injury a long time ago. I do RDL, rack pulls, and kettlebell swings instead.

Oops. Meant to say 16:8. Good catch. That's my target, but I consider anything over 14 as a successful fast. Sometimes I spill into 20+ depending on the day lol.

You seem to know your shit. My understanding is it could encourage cancer to grow once you have it, but it doesn't actually cause cancer. Also they check for it in my quarterly blood work. PSA marker I believe?

I agree with you 100%. I don't think there's any way I would have made as much progress otherwise. Probably less muscle mass, higher body fat, etc... Don't remember my original levels, maybe 250?? But now I test out in the 800's on my current dosage.

I'm on 150ew TRT and 2IU daily of TRT. I also get HCG shot with TRT, but not sure on dosage. I used to be on Anastrozole (AI), but was able to drop it after lowering my TRT dosage. I do blood work every 3 months and the numbers are looking good, so I feel pretty dialed in with my current protocols.

Sure, all of it is pharma quality through a local men's clinic. I go in once a week for a TRT injection in the ass. 150mg/week is my dosage I give myself nightly HGH shots under the skin on my stomach. Easy and painless. Doing pharma quality through a men's clinic is safe and legal, but can get very expensive. There are "ways" to reduce costs... TRT helps increase muscle mass, improves libido and sexual function, promotes growth of body hair (good and bad lol), and increases confidence. HGH help…

Thanks for the insight and motivation! Gonna have to at least get a 48 he fast soon. I'm sure you're right about that. Related question, I have a theory that the best time for me to take my vitamin supplements is when breaking my fast. I don't believe it can make you taller after puberty, I have never heard that before. Also, if you are younger, I really can't tell you what the long-term effects might be. That said, for someone my age, I think it is like some sort of a limitless pill or fountain of youth. Like really amazing. I'm on a very low dose. It helps me stay lean and burn body fat for sure. As FYI I had dropped 50+ plus pounds before getting on TRT. And added HGH a few months after that. You can still eat at a caloric surplus and do intermittent fasting at the same time. I believe this is the mythical Leangains method. I'm all about fasting. Been reading a ton of the science behind, Dr. Jason Fung, Dr. Rhonda Patrick, Joe Rogan. Hard to explain, but it's like my body temp is cooler when I'm not busy digesting food, I sleep better on an empty stomach. Start fast at 2pm daily and skip dinner obviously. TRT and HGH here. Agree with the"women can smell it" part. There are other factors at play I'm sure. Increased confidence, etc. But I personally believe that women can simply "detect" high testosterone levels. And men too actually. Just my opinion based on personal experience.

47/M I feel the same way bro. The only mentality that works for me is to go do an insanely hard workout or yoga or maybe climbing if I feel the anxiety coming on. I was on Paxil for 10 years. Also I've been on HGH about 8 months now. Have to keep it refrigerated, so it doesn't travel well. Daily self-pin subq near the belly button. Easy and fairly painless. No biggie if you miss a day or two. Dosage: I've never been able to get it in terms of IUs from my doc. I'd guess 2 IUs pinned daily. It took a couple of months for me to start recognizing the benefits. Cost: multiple $K per year. Oooof. Good luck!

I was on TRT for about 6 months before adding HGH. Enough to recognize the additional benefits of HGH. The benefits, in my opinion, are: Fat loss. Gets you lean. Healthy skin. Collagen production, which actually helps have a rounder booty again (plus lifting, squats, etc.) Morning wood. Generally more vibrant and definitely look younger in a hard to pinpoint way. Haha They had a questionnaire. As I recall I answered yes to all of the symptoms. Also I believe HGH is only recently legal, so not every Men's Health Clinic may offer it just yet. And get your checkbook ready. It is expensive. But in my opinion it is massively responsible for loads of fat loss, especially in my midsection. I have achieved a six-pack at age 47, and I don't think it would have been possible to do without HGH.

Yup. I'm on TRT and HGH myself, so I can spot it from a mile away.

I've actually had the Kindle version for a couple of weeks. Didn't realize it was a fresh edition. It is absolutely as good as everyone around here says. Highly recommend! EDIT: My bad. I'm reading one of his earlier books, but I know what I'm reading next!

Thanks man. Perhaps I'd never really contemplated the compromise I've been making until recently. I worried a little about posting tbh. The hate doesn't matter to me though, and I even understand it. It's like if I went to the atheist subreddit (NOT subscribed FYI) and asked this exact same question. Guess which part they would shit all over??? 😂 Something tells me they'd still accuse me of being a fedora-wearing basement-dweller though. That's the universal Reddit insult.

Yes! I would like to request One Church full of people like you please, haha. I definitely see that you understand my dilemma. I also see how my post came off as douchey, which wasn't my intent either. It's my 47th birthday today, and I am just reevaluating a few things in my life. Many thanks for the thoughtful and insightful response. Cheers!

Don't get me wrong, I'm totally overdoing it right now. But it's like I can't help myself. I spent way too much time in the gym this weekend, and today is my 47th birthday. These two facts are related. I'm trying to prove something to myself and admittedly others. Loving yoga tho. I did my first headstand last week in class, a big deal for me. Also, hot chicks in yoga pants is pretty nice. 😊

Actually I tend to keep both my atheist and redpill beliefs to myself in real life. In my ideal world (which doesn't exist), I'd be able to comfortably talk about both haha. Anyway edited my post with a pic of myself. Not interested in arguing or attacking anyone's personal beliefs.

Haha well to be honest I was posing for a picture here. Had some professional pics taken to up the quality of my online profile. And holy shit did it work.... Anyway, I just do a 6-day variation of PPL plus yoga...for now. I'm no crossfitter, though I've seen some very fit dudes that are. Just not my thing. I'm aware I push a bit too hard regardless of the juice. Appreciate you man...

To each his own. Our belif system intersects with the redpill, and varies in the area of religious beliefs. Didn't mean to offend. Cheers.

I know, right? The church I go to now is pretty close to Unitarian. It's kind of different. The youth pastor is Buddhist for example. That kind of thing. That part of it appeals to me, meeting people like that who can chuckle at the absurdity of magical thinking. I've just realized I don't enjoy these people very much for other reasons.

Agreed my friend. I lift 6 days a week, and go especially hard on Sundays. Haha.

Thanks brother. I'm sure you're right there. I'm just working my way up the ladder. The more I improve, the more improvement I recognize is still needed. I was basically a low energy introverted dadbod (47/M). In the last 18 mo I've dropped 60+ lbs and 11 inches off my waist. Now I have a six-pack (if the lighting is just right ha!) and am spinning plates. Unimaginable for me just 18 months ago. But I don't think my confidence has caught up to my aesthetics quite yet. So I'm working on rebuildin…

Developing a theory that being familiar with people in two different contexts makes it much easier to approach them successfully. I keep to myself at the gym, but if I bump into one of the regulars at Panera (male or female), I just easily start up a conversation with them and establish a connection. Then that connection carries back to the gym context as well. Is there something scientific supporting this? It feels like it creates automatic familiarity and trust to "know someone from somewhere …

Just had a Zoom treatment done recently, after having mediocre but somewhat positive results from whitening strips. Zoom whitened my teeth SUBSTANTIALLY in a single treatment. Downside was kinda painful sensitivity for a couple of days, but I expected that. Good stuff.

Step 1) Find a men's clinic in your area. Step 2) Cut them a fat check. I'm a 46/M, so my testosterone levels were almost guaranteed not to be "optimized" (haha whatever than even means), but really I think almost anyone can get on HRT that can afford it (it ain't cheap). I personally describe it as medication to improve my quality of life. I prefer the doctor-supervised route, though the black market is always an option in the future.

I was on Paxil for 10 years. Been off for maybe 4 months now. I credit TRT and HGH for providing a better hormone baseline to revert to, but also the self-discipline I've developed over the past two years through lifting. Been on TRT for a year, and HGH for 6 months. The main issue I had was hard time ejaculating during intercourse, which is not a problem anymore at all. Definitely piece of mind knowing I'm not addicted to that shit anymore. I might be a bit more expressive now. My confidence ha…

Ya I had to switch from regular whey to whey isolate after having my gallbladder out.. Would like to know the rationale here so I can look into it and come to my own conclusion.

I've read and listened to the GTD audiobook probably 10 times. I use Todoist for my GTD implementation, and Google Calendar.

I'm on TRT and HGH. Cut and pasting my comment from another recent thread... Overall results have been amazing with positives far outweighing negatives. I can't say enough about how it has improved my life at work, at home, and in the bedroom. I've been through a physical transformation (and discovered TRP haha) as well, so there are others things that have contributed to all of this as well, but I'm pretty sure HRT has had a massive positive impact on top of everything else. My gymbros are amaz…

Current test dose is 300mg weekly. Kinda high I know. Started at 200mg, but results were unsatisfactory. Maybe I'll dial back to 250mg in the near future. HCG dosage, I believe, is 200mg. I'm snipped, but wanted to minimize ball shrinkage, and maintain at least some T production. I also started Anestrazole after 3 months of TRT. Cheers!

Overall results have been just utterly amazing. I can't say enough about how it has improved my life at work, at home, and in the bedroom. My gymbros are amazed (and I feel guilty when they ask about my routine or diet, and I can't tell them the full story). My 7yo daughter gave me the best compliment "You look younger Daddy". She is proud of me and it feels awesome. Women seem more attracted to me and cum faster and harder. Now, I've been through a physical transformation (and discovered TRP ha…

46/M here. Great to see a good post like yours from someone my age. I'm sort of on your timeline. Started on my physical transformation first in Jan '16, and discovered TRP maybe 9 months ago. My SMV has increased way faster than my standards so far. Seems like I'll fuck anything that moves at least once. I'm still plenty attracted to the 40-somethings I pull online, but certainly would enjoy adding a younger plate to the mix. All in good time as I plan to continue improving my SMV. Also I've ad…

1st month - you notice 2nd month - friends and family notice 3rd month - everyone notices That was my experience (46/M) And I'm still improving, and people continue to notice and comment. Good luck brother

46/M here. Similar story as far as being very fit. ROFLMAO at "cat ladiessplat" all over the online dating pool. So true!!! Are you able to pull younger women online, or must that be in person in your experience? Is dancing the kind of activity to meet younger women? Cheers!!
