I find that a variety rotation of styles of yoga keeps it from getting stale and works different muscle groups. Today I chose between a hot yoga which is repetitive and a more freelance style that has a hot teacher... Weights don't give you anything, you have to lift them, a lot to get results. I don't continue to lift weights because I don't enjoy it despite gains - I tend to discontinue regular training. I thoroughly enjoy my yoga practice, all of it. The people, the breathing, the gaining of strength in all directions, the relaxation, the sweat. I never miss a class. It is the best exercise for Me to gain strength because I Never Skip, and I always push very hard. Motivation is part of my motivation.

Yoga is awesome. I have doing it for close to three years. I'm over fifty, cut, and powerful. I have met and sweated with hundreds of hot younger people.
