Well yes, it's a consultation from an organization that has considerable bias, which could lead to a patient ultimately making a choice that isn't right for them. Really, if someone wants a certain medical procedure done, and they have consulted a medical professional who is able to adequately educate them about risks, complications, etc., then it's kind of redundant and illogical to force them to consult with an organization that's almost unilaterally opposed to that medical procedure.
