You're right - I don't travel by bus frequently. But when I do, I make sure to stay out of other people's space. And if I do accidentally bump someone, I turn to them and apologize instead of ignoring their attempts to make the situation better.

He didn't try to explain until way too late. He should have done it the second he felt the elbow pushing him out of her space. He had another chance after, but instead turned to his girlfriend first and started talking to her.

I'm really not a troll, I promise. Look at it from the girls point of view. Some guy sits next to you, gets in your space, ignores your polite gesture to tell him he's in your space, he gets MORE in your space then turns and starts talking to someone, all while ignoring you. She had no way to know he was deaf in his right ear. Everyone in that situation would have assumed he's an asshole.

So you take up more than your space, don't react to her nudging you to get out of her space, don't react when she speaks to you to get you out of her space, and then turn the OPPOSITE way of her after she pushes your back, start speaking to your girlfriend, turn back without acknowledging her, then finally decide to turn to her and tell her off? What kind of mental gymnastics is this, you entirely created this problem and she was in the right to want you out of her space.

That's not true, 2. Not what we're talking about.

You're missing an extremely basic part of this conversation, and I don't know how to explain it so you understand. If it's socially acceptable for WOMEN, but it is not for MEN, that is a double standard and not OK.

Just because you value spending 20 hours a day memorizing every bit of info on the internet, doesn't mean reposts are bad. I've been a daily reddit user for almost 10 years and I've never seen this.

I'd love for you to explain how it's okay for women to wear shorts that expose their ass, but it's not okay for me to wear boxer shorts that cover halfway to my knees.

Nope. Boxers cover significantly more than female underwear does. Boxers also cover more than most womens regular shorts as well.

Nope. Boxers cover significantly more than bootie shorts and mini skirts. That's why it is a double standard - it's socially acceptable for women to wear clothing that covers far less than male clothing. Your "defense" of why this is okay is literally the problem.

Snopes on Komen Looks like 5.6% of their revenue actually goes to helping women with treatment of cancer. 21.3% goes to paying employees and raising funds. The Komen Foundation is not a charity we should be funding anymore.

I remember the first time a girl approached me like this. A long term online friend, she was considered one of the hottest girls in our community of like 2500 people. We always flirted, would talk on Skype a lot, occasionally video chat, etc. Looks wise, way way way out of my league. Personality wise she fit right in. She came to me one day and asked if she could borrow $25, I jokingly said "sure, but I'm gonna need something in return". I was intending to mean an item in the game, but before I …

Yeah, no. Not how it works.

No - with women in certain social groups you get shamed or judged for wearing an outfit to a wedding in June, and wearing that same outfit for an August wedding.

You are missing the point entirely. They can't wear the same outfit because of social implications, not because the outfit is physically unwearable. Also wearing your pants 10 times without washing them is disgusting.

6 years isn't enough punishment. She didn't just take years from him. She took his career, friends, and some family from him as well. He would have made millions of dollars by now, and he'll never have that chance again.
