Its nice to know im not alone in getting hosed lol. Though kidding aside thats messed up to have to help support someone else's kid. I have heard about fathers who find out a child isnt theirs.. the wife leaves and the father has to pay support because he was the one raising the child even though he was duped into thinking it was his.

Abatement in the state im in at maximum is only 60% of the total and must be more than 10 days a month. Because of my daughter my total abatement is only 15% of my total. It actually works out to 30.7% of my total wages. This also includes the ins I have to cover for my kids mandated by the state because she isnt working. Even though they have title 19. As a divorced father of 2 I spend 1/3 of my pay on Child support. I have my son 12 days out of the month and my daughter 8. I have to maintain food clothing and a roof over their heads for the time that they are with me. I work a full time job and freelance on the side just to barely make it by in a crappy apartment. I have no credit cards, No Car payment, I make more than minimum wage. I pay rent (lucky that everything is included), Insurance, A crap Phone, and my child support for 2 kids.
