I have learned my lesson the hard way over the past 6-7 years as i've grown up as the first generation to really face this problem. To give myself some credibility, about 6 years ago you would find me sending texts every 5 minutes when a girl wouldn't answer saying: Notification #1, Notification #2, and so on, but today I couldn't fathom sending that because it pretty much screws you over.
