This really ties it all together. There are so many rules, mindsets, techniques out there that it can be overwhelming. But approaching relationships and dating from the frame of leaving it better than it was previously - well it just gives so much clarity. And it’s probably the healthiest mindset. Props

It’s worth trying to look at your life objectively and focusing on the big wins first. Morbidly obese? Get to the gym and change what’s in your fridge. In good shape but dress like a bum? Invest in a stylist, read some fashion articles and buy a few outfits. I like what you write so far, keep it coming
