45	When complaining about problems you have doesn’t work Ok this is ridiculous. Getting into the STEM field as a woman is actually easier than for a man. Im doing IT certifications and I have been told many, many, many times I have a better chance getting a job quicker than my male counter parts which is absolutely true.
