Listen to this guy. One thing to add that wttr touched upon, the more prep you do all at once, the more likely you are to stick to eating right. It's a lot easier to make good choices when they are quick to make. Edit: Forgot to add: STEAMFRESH VEGETABLES. They come in a bag frozen that you can microwave. I buy a broccoli/cauliflower blend and brussel sprouts. Generally I stay away from things cooked in plastic, but these are fucking mint for when you're in a rush.
