Sounds like we just disagree. I think one can have a healthy relationship with porn - not letting it consume you. Ive had 2 long term healthy relationships where porn / sex wasn’t an issue and I’ve watched porn most of my life around once a week with intermittent breaks. And I disagree about the exploitation. If you understand exactly what you’re paying for - I’m not sure how you’re being exploited.

Porns been a thing since ancient times - you can say it’s “involuntary” but so is breathing. Getting horny and busting your nut is not only 100% natural and normal - but recommended. It’s literally healthy to masturbate if you’re not sexually active. (Within reason obviously). I don’t see how you’re being exploited if you willingly spent 3 bucks. I don’t do it and neither do you. If you don’t have the self control to NOT pay - then you’re just an addict the same as anyone who watches free porn a…

Why? Money doesn’t mean anything to some people - and $3 is nothing to most people. Why would paying 3 measly dollars and looking at it a few times a week make someone worse than the dude binging free porn for hours a day?

Preface: I don’t subscribe to any of those things and don’t see the appeal BUT The average OF is like…. 2-3 bucks? If a girl scratches your itch and you have $3 of disposable income - I don’t really see how it’s different. Again, I wouldn’t pay for porn - but a lot of people have $3 of disposable income they could throw away to someone who makes porn they like. This whole post is just kind of dumb. OP’s point could be applied to porn addicts which exist regardless of if they are paying or not. P…

So you admit the women were raising the children, taking care of properties and operating business while the men fought the war? Working in the factories that produced the war materials? Sounds like you do understand women played a role in society. Because they weren’t dying doesn’t mean they didn’t keep society afloat.

In my experience a lot of them are lol. I’ve been hit on many times more by gay men than by women - and it usually ends with me politely mentioning I’m straight and them questioning wether I’m “really straight” or just haven’t found the “right one” yet. Plenty of unwelcome sexual advances scattered in there too.

Maybe I’m the confused one? Her post seems to state that for many who desire to be a SAHM it may not be as feasible to achieve because of the statistics on who can provide that lifestyle for them. Your response seemed to be that it works for you and others - then call OP naive. In the context of OP’s post, that would mean her viewpoint that being a SAHM is hard to find is naive. I don’t find that naive in the least. I’m 30 in a HCOL area where I know only 1 couple where the wife is unemployed wi…

“Through better or worse, sickness and in health” it seems more and more common for people to forget what marriage is, what it means and that you’re supposed to put your best effort into working through the tough times. It’s been 1 year of “tough time” and OP is ready to throw in the towel on a marriage that seems overall still good.

An example of “box checker” would be your a woman interviewing for a tech sales position. If that companies numbers say women seem to be getting more leads / closing more deals - that would be a box checked that you did nothing to deserve but puts you ahead. And as someone with plenty of experience in tech sales from small to $2 Billion dollar companies - that’s pretty common.

Jesus….. your “reality” and reality are very different. You’re confidently incorrect about both the historical and current day. So far so - that I reckon there’s no point in continuing this conversation. Here’s the short version. Online dating is reality and the real world. It’s 2023 home girl. Same thing would apply in a club, a bar or any social event though so your points are moot. The average woman could get sexy every single day EASILY. Would she have to lower her standards? maybe. You missed the point. If you improved to a 3/10 or even a 5/10 - you can get sex readily available. Download a dating app and there’s plenty of guys asking for sex. You might just not want those guys but it’s available. Whether you’re a 5/10 a 7/10 or even a 9/10 male, you will not have that experience. Looool I’m not talking about being flown out girl. You pretty much said it yourself. You were ugly and couldn’t get dick (I’m sure you could’ve btw). You got hotter and say you could’ve scheduled dick everyday. Average men cannot do that. Even top 5% men can’t approach someone for sex and get it everyday. The only men fucking daily outside of relationships are paying for it or LIVING in a club pursuing women 24/7. That brings us to the dynamics of sex and how it’s fundamentally different for men and women. For any half decent woman, it’s a game …

You don’t know and you don’t care to know. It’s fine to just admit it. Your boyfriend will probably always enjoy video games. There’s nothing wrong with that. If you were looking for validation that it’s “wrong” you won’t be finding any. If you despise video games and want someone who will fawn all over you and make plans because you said “I don’t have homework today” - then you should find a more ideal partner. For very obvious reasons. A male to male relationship has the understanding (if you’re straight) that you’re not attracted to one another and have no interest in dating them. You vent a little, shoot the shit and are 100% committed to just having a good time. A male to female relationship always has the possibility that someone falls in love - multiplied by 2 since either person can catch feelings. As soon as that happens it’s all or nothing. You get together or you distance. Theres always a cha…

I’m caring, loving and extremely loyal” to expand on your point of seeming generically appealing. These are qualities you’d expect from any decent person entering a relationship. I mean he’s 31 and we don’t even know if he has a demanding job. I also sleep for most of a holiday since it’s one of my handful of free days off where everything’s shut down and I can finally catch up on some decent rest and reset myself. I really don’t see why everyone’s jumping to him being such a terrible person. I disagree with the sentiment that you need to spend your holidays “energetically” or doing “something”. For a lot of people, it’s just a time to actually get some R&R

Like the other user said - try to include him when hanging out with your male friends. If he doesn’t want to be included and you want to maintain your male friendships - you’re not compatible. This issue will grow, it’s a matter of preference and not necessarily who is right or wrong. Men who have been cheated on are generally going to be less stoked about you being close with other males.
/r/RedPillWomen07/12/22 09:24 PM
2

Depends. I’d say most men are against their significant other having a close relationship with other men. For example - going out to eat regularly, do activities, hangout or constantly talking with other men. Having casual male friends is generally acceptable. For example - people you talk to on a regular basis but not daily or guys that you hangout with while around your boyfriend. Someone may say otherwise - but that is my anecdotal experience.
/r/RedPillWomen07/12/22 08:52 PM

they’re adults - not trusting someone to understand isn’t a reason to lie. She should’ve been honest and realized the relationship is not compatible. Full stop. Likewise, he should be able to realize he’s too insecure for a woman whose had more than a couple partners. 14 isn’t a crazy number at her age - if he can’t accept that then it’s not meant to be.
/r/RedPillWomen02/12/22 05:09 PM
2

She lied about her body count. That’s definitely wrong. BF’s behavior isn’t acceptable but she should be truthful about her past and find someone accepting / understanding of it.

A better way to discuss this would be “do you still see eventual marriage coming from this relationship?” Either you both see potential marriage from your relationship still - or you don’t. Trying to put a timeline on marriage does not work. If he indicates that he still sees you as a potential marriage partner, drop it there. Trying to “speed it up” or make it fit into your schedule will usually start scaring your partner off.
/r/RedPillWomen19/07/22 06:26 PM
7

You should get married when you’re ready to get married. Making a decision based off your family or some agreed upon timeline is silly. If you’re happy in your relationship, maintain your relationship. If you need to get married ASAP (idk why), then communicate that to your partner and be ready for him to tell you he isn’t ready. Then decide if you’re going to leave him or stay. That’s it.
/r/RedPillWomen19/07/22 05:56 PM
34

That timeline and investment is still extremely accelerated. Why are you rushing to move? Why are you rushing marriage? Why are you rushing your commitment to him? Either it’s the attractiveness of being told that you can have what you think you want - or you’re not very experienced. Regardless, your willingness to even consider tossing your life after just a couple months is frightening. It’s weird that you’re both even talking about marriage and moving in already. It screams co-dependency or r…

As a Miami native that’s done my fair share of online dating - EVERY woman here gets 100’s of likes a day. Doesn’t matter how you look. Even as a (in my opinion) decently average male - I get 3 to 5 likes a day when I’m active (real people not bots). The market is definitely saturated but I do have friends who can go days without a single like still. I just think guys have a wider scope on swiping in terms of looks (or purely sex) while women aim more within their bracket or above. I don’t blame…

Getting shit on works as advice sometimes. You very clearly don’t understand the weight of the words you’re using like “soul mate” and “winning him back” and how being kissed by another man didn’t seem important to tell your bf? I’ll explain - NOBODY who understand the weight of finding your “soul mate” would leave out being kissed by another man. Nobody who found their “soul mate” would flirt with another man to get their soul mates attention. I don’t think you even understand love, the boundar…

This is a really insightful post and I think both men / women have something to learn here. I’d say the “boys trip vs girls trip” part is splitting hairs - but I think you have valid feelings towards how he’s wording things in the chat. I don’t personally agree with men speaking like that behind their SO’s back - but that’s not my fight to have - and like you said, it wasn’t meant for your eyes. The completely honest answer? Yes. Wether people find it respectful or not is a different argument - but yes men in a group chat with their male friends will say things about women that they don’t really have any intention of acting on. Definition of “locker room talk”. If your bf wanted to cheat on you, he wouldn’t need to go to Brazil to do it. If you would trust him taking trips in the country you live - you should trust him internationally. You can use this as a test of your trust with him, …

There is. Peoples advice here sucks and is completely based off speculation. Do you trust your partner? It sounded like he trusts you to go to Miami. If you’re an adult than the distance travelled shouldn’t affect how much you trust your partner lol. He trusts you going on a trip - you don’t trust him. I really don’t see much else on this issue. She only states he spends an hour LOOKING at Instagram, not posting. We have no clue if he’s posting everyday and doesn’t include her (concerning) or if he posts once a year and hasn’t included her yet (not concerning). This being a red flag would be contingent on how often he actually posts, imho

IMHO I completely disagree with your first point, respectfully. Caring about having a presence on social media is childish. Exasperated by how social media seems to be the majority of OP’s concern. As a SO I would absolutely not entertain my gf’s desire to “prove” anything to social media. That’s not healthy behavior. Anyone who gets upset about how other people conduct themselves in a manner that isn't harmful to others needs to do a self-analysis about why they're mad. The only person upset is you. Maybe do some self-analysis. The people replying to you are stating their preferences and opinions, not declaring that any woman having sex is damaged goods, it’s just not for them. And most women don’t put in the hours at work that a man does to provide a certain lifestyle. This is recorded fact as well. A lifestyle btw that STRONGLY affects a mans value, where a woman can put in less work hours and still be considered “high value” because of looks alone. She’ll use said extra time for daily grooming. My point is, men and women have different struggles and daily challenges. Respectfully I disagree with one major point you make here. I think him saying “explicit” was very mature. Two things that are big in a mature relationship: honesty and respect for boundaries.

After his second paragraph he’s basically saying you’re asking the guy loaded questions. Aka: a question with an answer that would put him in an awkward place. Men don’t think “wow I really just wanta buy her roses right now and surprise her with a candle lit dinner!” So when you ask “what do you think about when you’re thinking of me?” It’s hard for men to believe that you’re not baiting him into a sexual conversation. Good way of putting it. Men need direction these days, we’ve never been so collectively confused about what our purpose is in life. Many find it to be “going their own way”, other see it being the family lifestyle and still others believe a multitude of different things. And of course there’s the small fraction that are simply “too far gone” as there is with any group of people on any issue and it’s best to stay away from them.

I agree. I believe heavily that incel culture is a product of hermit lifestyle. Men who don’t socialize, they complain about getting shot down but it’s safe to say they haven’t tried much if at all. Creating social programs where they interact, communicate and learn through experience would probably greatly benefit them. I’m not sure if it starts with one-on-one therapy or a heterosexual group but social exposure is important and part of the issue.

Ehhhhhhh women have been crossing men’s boundaries since the day they got the right to vote actually. But the point is if you continue indulging they’ll never diversify their tastes

Oh I agree it’s annoying that they’re all categorized and generalized into one subsection of hippie. I just wanted to point out that your point would’ve been just as valid and a little more reasonable to some people without the hippie angle

I understand what you’re saying and actually very much agree. My only issue is that you’re defining a hippie as something other then the general definition of hippie. The person you’re describing I guess could be seen as a hippie but that word carries a lot of “undesirable” assumptions with it such as the drugs and etc. you mention that “natural” hippies are a no-no with drugs however I know lots of those types that do plenty of drugs, just the natural kind (see shrooms, cactus juice, toad mucus…

Your second paragraph states it perfectly. I’m a follower of MGTOW but you won’t see me post or comment there because it’s largely filled with young males who truly believe they’re living MGTOW while really just collectively bashing women. The odd character in the comments and the odd post from a man who really is living the lifestyle is what I appreciate and I can’t find it on any other sub really. The guys who are there motivating other guys just to be better, that’s what I take away from it. …

Personally no. I’ve been in love twice and both times I had eyes for no other woman. Did I find other women objectively attractive? Of course. Did I enjoy another woman’s time? Sure. But I didn’t love them, there’s was no comparing a friend or attractive woman to the one I had feelings for None of the above, way off the mark. I want to protect her, care for her, I feel a sense of vulnerability around her but it comes from her understanding of me. (I don’t insta fall in love). When I was in love …

It’s a simple trade off. Commit young for a better chance at a lifetime of happiness and love or ride the carousel and basically guarantee you’ll spend the rest single and miserable with a wildly distorted view of how valuable you are (which you already have) If you truly believe those 10 years of peak “fun” we’re worth it when you’re 30-40-50 looking back then pat yourself on the back. However the evidence seems to show otherwise for those that did what you recommend. In fact, the large majorit…

Our justice system fails now for throwing people into jail for 25 years on minor crimes, teaching them to hate the system then releasing them to reoffend because our “efforts” to rehabilitate them failed miserably. I understand your feelings but this girl was/is a child. She convinced him to commit suicide which some will equate to murder but personally I feel it’s about a notch or two below murdering someone with your own hands. It’s a different type of sadistic. I find it hilarious that you’re so fixated on males here, every statement you’ve made more accurately depicts women from my experience. How many women have body image issues, self esteem issues, commitment issues, etc. just from watching all the fake ass shit on social media? In turn causing them to throw their little tantrums when a guy isn’t like insta girls boyfriend, or when their vacation isn’t spent doing 20,000 things like all the other girls on Instagram. Throwing tantrums about needing …

But again what is misogyny? It’s an ingrained prejudice against women. Prejudice is a baseless belief with no research or personal experience to supplement it. Feminists don’t decide what the definition of misogyny is, it’s defined in a dictionary as such. See my apple example, someone who has experienced it first hand OR has supporting research has every right to avoid high N-Counts and it is absolutely not misogynistic as it is not a baseless claim. It’s a preference. Edit: I hope I’m not bein…

Definitely nothing wrong with it. Now could it be considered a risk? Maybe. Think of how you just admitted that you don’t need to be truthful about your past, that’s immediately a red flag right there imo. No disrespect by the way. If I really liked a “slut” I wouldn’t mind LTR’ing her, in fact I’ve done it before but I knew of their past. Keeping it hidden (I assume because your either ashamed of it or worried of your partners reaction) is only bridging distrust with said partner. In which case…

Nobody wants your free money. They’re trying to explain that a straw man argument of “some group of people believes X” doesn’t make it X..... you get that right? Because extreme feminists believe slut avoidance is misogyny doesn’t make it misogyny. Misogyny deals with prejudice which is defined as a preconceived opinion without research or personal experience. I’ve personally experienced a woman with a high N-Count cheating, so I avoid high N-Count women. That’s a preference not prejudice If I’v…

100%. Both are fairly out of hand these days as well. Lots of Amy Schumer types and just as many men filled with insecurities calling any girl whose had sex a slut because she won’t bang him. A complex issue with fairly simple causes. Many Women want to feel empowered and “comfortable” with their bodies while many men have rejection issues or are straight up socially inept

I think you’re making a pretty simple argument. You’d have to be incredibly dense to go more than a year without having a general indication of how much your significant other got around..... if they lied and kept “skeletons in their closet” it would be instant break up because that’s a massive breach of trust. Fairly simple and I agree wholeheartedly with you
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/19 02:14 AM

Coming from a man: a general approach to this seems more fitting. “I’m not trying to rush anything but is potential marriage something you’re still looking for in our relationship.” A year isn’t a huge amount of time, I’d even say it’s fairly small in terms of a lifelong commitment. I spoke about marriage all the time with my ex and we dated for five years and now we’re Ex’s. If you’re both happy and the final goal of your relationship is still marriage I wouldn’t be too concerned with it happen…

Don’t think this is one way, many men are thinking and saying the same thing as you but about women. Put yourself out there in the right situations, like others here said coffee shops / community groups etc. The rest is time, things don’t happen because you’re looking, they usually happen when you least expect. Just be conscious of how social you are and create the possibilities for opportunity.

My train of thought says they should be educating and punishing instead of segregating. Segregation doesnt solve any problem, the rapists are still there and still ready to rape, a segregated cart doesn’t get rapists off the street

I have no idea why you labeled me an incel. I made it clear that the idea was off the top of my head and all I stated was it would be more effective then letting the men on the cart anyway then slapping them as they get off. You took this from 0 to 100 extremely quickly with absolutely no regard to what I actually said

Put officers in the carts, have the women speak out when an offense takes place and take action against offenders. That is literally off the top of my head and seems much more intelligent than putting officers outside of carts to slap men when they get off.

Couldn’t agree more. My mother has done everything in her power to make sure I live through everyday and come out a stronger person. She rejected my past relationship because she knew the girl wasn’t good for me. She bailed me out of every terrible situation I’ve gotten myself into no matter what time or where. She’s been the only solid rock I’ve ever had in my life and I try to remind her everyday that there’s been days where my love for her keeps me from ending my own life. Now she’s helping m…

So we shouldn’t treat men and women equally, and instead should punish all men for the sake of women being comfortable instead of weeding out the actual problem and correcting it? What’s next? Have segregated water fountains? Follow your train of thought

This is everything I’ve experienced in 3 jobs over 8 years. In all my workplaces women have caused problems, stir up TONS of unnecessary drama, can’t separate business/personal and the most hypocritical one is the sexual harassment. Most of the women I’ve worked with have sexually harassed male employees and they would swear they never did. It’s so ass backwards it hurts. I confronted the girl who sexually harassed me at my last job and she had her dad show up and try to beat me up. I told him t…

I have to say as someone whose personally experienced the double standard at play time and time again it’s so frustrating to live with. I have a thyroid irregularity that causes really fast digestion so I typically eat ALOT to maintain my energy or I crash, I also am skinny even though I intake so much food. I get comments daily on how skinny my arms are or how lanky I am even though I eat SOOO MUCH. The worst part is the men aren’t the ones who bring this up, it’s only the women. I work in a 50…
