Needed to see this post. Self worth should come from you not someone else.

Generally the right mindset but sometimes shit legitimately comes up. Anxiety, physical health, etc. I’m kind of torn..the right thing is to respectfully let the other person know instead of going radio silent but sometimes ppl are in to you but can’t legitimately handle their shit.. I guess more reason not to chase them

Love this. Also would add the reason ppl are not free is because they tie their identity and self-worth with an outcome. So if they approach the girl and fail, “something is wrong with me” Being free is like you say, doing something without letting the result affect your self-worth, even if a positive result. Feel this. I’d highly recommend going in to therapy to see what previous trauma/beliefs from the past is holding you back. As soon as I found a really good therapist, my life started changing. I saw why I had certain beliefs - often times stemming from experiences from my childhood that had no business dictating who I am now. In therapy, I started “shedding” the parts of me that was holding me back. Check out EMDR therapy it’s changed my life Wishing you the best bro, remember your life is your …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
