1	To many women, male attention is low value. Right? I'm old and married forever, but I could barely initiate conversation with pretty girls. 2	Does anyone here fast Fasting too much can lead to muscle mass reduction-never a good idea. Try and lift some weights daily - even moderate amounts. Try instead periodically skipping dinner.
