Right? I'm old and married forever, but I could barely initiate conversation with pretty girls. But I found it impossible to try & ask out someone I DIDN'T find attractive. In the words of famous american philosopher Bruce Springsteen.....You can't start a fire without a spark. This whole thread is strange. Men, for the most part, MUST experience attraction first.

And the problem with fat is that is's a hard habit to break. The discipline required to keep in shape forces a good diet.

Fasting too much can lead to muscle mass reduction-never a good idea. Try and lift some weights daily - even moderate amounts. Try instead periodically skipping dinner. OR, even better, eat literally half of what you used to eat. Portion control was my solution. Good luck.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
