It’s definitely secondary to looks.

Game is one of the easiest things to practice but one of the hardest to do well. Until you can do it well (intermediate +) you really can’t analyse results. It’s like someone who lifts for three months saying they didn’t see a huge change in their physique. Just like you’re sculpting your body, you are re-wiring a mind that has been programmed to be unattractive. You’re looking at a minimum of 1000 approaches before you are even calm enough to start noticing sub-communications and how to pull a …

Lift and study social skills. come back when you’re ripped and can hold a conversation with a woman.

You’re correct, looks make attraction far easier. This is common sense, we are attracted to things that look pretty whether it’s a watch or human being. The problem with focusing on looks in a self-improvement genre is that you cannot change a man’s genetics and the changes you would need to go through to change appearance are both risky and expensive. Therefore the focus is placed on game which can make up the difference for shitty genetics. It’s helpful to remember that a good looking man may …

Sounds like you’re going through a lot at the moment, bro. Not only is there change happening with your family but I’m sure all that worry is laying a huge burden on you

You’re supposed to be a man. Isn’t it interesting how we use female insults against each other? Not knowing all the answers when it comes to attraction is the reason we came to TRP in the first place. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if you were having an amazingly successful sex life/relationships with woman you wouldn’t be at TRP in the first place —you certainly aren’t here to impart any knowledge given your responses. I can’t make concrete judgements but I’m assuming you are in a fairly negative…

Not sure if you read the post, but I didn’t say ‘how do I not catch feelings’ I said how do I maintain a good relationship while not leading her on. If she catches feelings that will change our work dynamic. I have no issues with my feelings. You might want to also check out why you had such an emotional reaction to my post. Not only would catching feelings be a fair question in a sub about sexual strategy, but I didn’t actually ask that and your brain zipped straight to that conclusion —could h…

Suppose I could do this. Worried that if she gives me an ultimatum ‘date me’ and I decline, feelings could get in the way of work. If I manage it well should be okay though

Don't go outside much but I have a window next to my computer and lots of natural sunlight comes in. I take a vitamin D sup once a month and a multi every day.

Sexual market value is determined by looks, money and status Social proof is the easiest way to determine someone’s status. And social media is the quickest way to show social proof in a way that is in your favour. You can make your social media portray whatever image you feel suits. If you don’t see how this can help your SMV let me know and I can link you to concrete examples of people abusing social media to get laid

3x a week and sometimes cardio on the other 2 days. Have taken a break from gym for the last 2 weeks though as I thought it might be lifting related

I was simply sharing my experience of high school with you as you were having a hard time believing these things happen in college. Take it as you’d like but my intention wasn’t to brag, as like I said, high school was a fair while ago for me and it doesn’t mean much now as I’ve let myself go.

Lmao, really? I was top 10% guys in my high school tho, always invited to parties and was probably top 20 most popular. I was texting no less than 5-6 girls on a daily basis and always had a girl on my arm at school. I’m not trying to brag or anything because tbh my 20s have been very shit and mostly dry spells after I partied too much and put on 30 kg (no more abs/not as much confidence).

Of course, that’s why you’re fucking asking this question. Anything that can help your SMV that you aren’t doing is hurting your SMV

College? Lmao, where I stay the hot bitches are getting porked from high school. I remember being 16, meeting a group of girls and 5 minutes later having them at the beach with our cocks out. A couple times I fingered girls/got a handjob while in the middle of the ducking dance floor at our high school parties. College is just the fucking big league lmaooo

Flirt with the waitress, get on tinder and start swiping, tease her for being on her phone, end the date, or simply just say ‘I value my time and I can see you’re busy with something right now.’ And watch how she responds. If all else fails, show her this message: You’re a real cunt, Julie

Just invite him out and give him a blowie. He can’t steal your girls if he’s gay, nom sayin?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
