1	Self Improvement includes sorting your health out. Right Now I'd add another item to this: watch your drinking and cigarettes. A lot of us are into the club/nightlife scene where smoking cigarettes and drinking excessively are the norm. I'm not going to stop drinking completely, but I have cut back this month and will continue to do so.
