Mothers have absolute authority to circumcise baby boys, no father consent is necessary, and it can be done without even notifying the father, which is usually how it is done. 1	How are we supposed to raise the next generation if men avoid marriage and raising children? No idea. When I was kid it was odd to have a friend that didn't have a father, now it seems to be the norm.
