I should add, for my older daughter, the grooming started a little while ago. At a family reunion, my older sister pulled her aside and said a lot of hateful things about our family with regards to her brothers. She claimed to know that my daughter is slaved away and should not have to do anything at all around our house. There was a lot of talk about what my daughter is entitled to. And my daughter was encouraged to, at 16 yrs old, leave home. My sister went so far as to inform her that she had…

My children are no longer spending any time around them. None of them even have my teens' cell numbers or email addresses. Even for colleges, no colleges are being considered that are near these family members. My children don't have interest in contact with any of them anymore. My oldest (a boy) just graduated high school and none of them ( except my parents) could be bothered. For my children, that was the final straw. Not even a card from the sister who sent me money to abort my oldest. They …

I am turning 43 in a few days. In the 70's, I was not even allowed to have a doll. I did have two, but by the time I turned 6, I was not allowed another one. My mom was so busy with her career, she didn't take away the dolls I already had. But I was chastised for asking for another. I can still vividly remember a specific Christmas where I really wanted a doll for Christmas. I saw others get dolls, friends, my little sister, even a cousin. But, I was school aged, grade school. I wasn't allowed o…

Not at all. My mom is a "nazi feminist" who would not allow me to grow my hair or wear pink growing up. My mom and sisters always felt career was number one most important thing. One of my sisters also had an abortion at 35. The other doesn't speak to me, because she is disgusted by the fact that I had more than 1-2 children and don't have a career. But, I think she has had an abortion. She is the one who sent me a check while I was pregnant with my oldest ( a boy) demanding that I abort and inf…

I agree. And I posted about it because everyone knows people in some countries will abort over having a girl. And in some countries, and some families, there is great shame over having a girl. BUT, there are situations where it happens over having a boy too. And I wanted to bring this situation to the open. It is not just an attack against baby girls, it happens to boys too.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
